호텔 환경이 정말 좋았어요. 모든 객실이 수영장이 딸린 단독 빌라였고, 공항에서 1시간 반, 롬복 동물원에서 20분 거리에 있었어요. 호텔 바로 맞은편에는 ATM 섬이 있어서 배를 빌려 갈 수 있었고요. 호텔 앞에는 야자수 숲이 펼쳐져 있었고, 왼쪽에는 현지 어부들의 배가, 오른쪽에는 비치 의자들이 놓인 해변이 있었어요. 레스토랑은 작은 언덕 위에 있었는데, 걸어서 3~5분 정도 걸렸고, 호텔 전동 카트를 불러서 이용할 수도 있었어요. 경치가 정말 멋졌습니다. 서비스도 친절했고 직원들도 모두 상냥했어요. 스노클링을 할 경우 구명조끼(lifejacket)를 빌릴 수 있었는데, 새것으로 교체할 필요가 있어 보였습니다. 저녁에는 갯벌 체험을 할 수도 있었고요. 전반적으로 추천합니다!

호텔은 굉장합니다. 빌라의 전용 수영장, 야외 샤워실, 침대가 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭합니다(스크램블 에그는 제가 먹어본 것 중 최고입니다). 모든 것이 깨끗하고 스타일이 좋습니다. 직원들은 매우 도움이 되고 친절합니다. 유일한 단점은 해변 품질이 좋지 않다는 것입니다.

훌륭한 호텔과 서비스였습니다. 조금 외진 곳이라 주변에 볼거리가 많지 않고, 가장 가까운 문명은 차로 20분 거리에 있는 셍기기 해변입니다. 해변은 보트맨들이 공용으로 쓰는 곳이라 더러워서 그다지 좋은 해변은 아니지만, 스피드보트를 타면 길리 섬까지 바로 갈 수 있습니다. 보트맨에게 직접 문의하면 호텔을 이용하는 것보다 약 20% 정도 저렴합니다.

Nothing to complain about our stay at Kayana! All the staff are so polite and friendly and the room was amazing! Loved all the amenities and had no issues with anything. Loved the view of the sea too. Food was consistently good and I will definitely like to come back to Kayana!

Super lovely team, very welcoming and caring. So friendly and happy to answer any question or request. Villas are outstanding. Really excellent build quality, very new, generous space and great layout. Got everything you could want inside and out. Super comfy and HUGE bed. Love the pool connected to the bathroom and views to ocean from everywhere, including bed and bathroom. Having the option to have breakfast in villa or restaurant is great. Sunset views from the restaurant are 👌. A little pair of ear plugs softened the sunrise call to prayer from nearby mosque. Thank you, team! We would certainly return.

Beautiful hotel and villas with private pools. Really feels within nature. Hotel and restaurant staff are super friendly and helpful, they made our stay so special. Reliable buggy service to move around the hotel. Overall great stay for when you are in Lombok

The hotel is situated at beachfront and easy access to Gili T from the hotel’s beach. Really liked the service and quite peaceful during my stay. Love the options for a la carte breakfast and able to claim till evening for flexibility.

Nice and clean. The duplex was ok with elevated balcony. But going up n down stairs can be tiring sometimes. Otherwise the private pool was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing.

飯店位置比較偏遠，附近沒有商店，但飯店有提供免費接駁車到聖吉吉市中心（2pm去，5pm回飯店）單趟車程約30分鐘。市中心有大型超市、便利商店、餐廳、SPA店、換錢的地方…飯店裡只有一間餐廳，營業時間從早上七點到晚上十點。早餐時段從7am-4pm, 看菜單點餐，這是我住過唯一一間早餐可以提供到下午4點的飯店，住在這裡非悠閒
