Prompt and very friendly customer service from the getgo. Host contacted us prior to our stay and sent instructions for parking as well as the self check-in. We had a pleasant stay and will definitely recommend this for families.

Tempat bersih dan kemas. Semua kelengkapan ada. Cuma masalah lift ja lambat. Parking guna TNG kalau nak jimat. Kami nasib free ja parking. Tempat yg strategik dan view pun cantik boleh tngk river cruise

Long waiting time for elevator, waited 30+ minutes for the elevator and most of them were full when it reached my floor (it barely stop at my floor and bypassed it way too many times) had to result in walking down the staircase from the 24th floor to 8th floor.
