So late to release my voucher travel by staf emaar elite...I must wait around 1 hour to check in my room ...I must show may voucher every time when another staff ask me n I must show them latest email by trip to confirm my voucher....

Our stay at Emaar Elite was very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful. We arrived early, and our rooms were not ready, but we were able to drop our bags and leave freely for a while before check-in. It is a reasonable walking distance from the Haram (about 15 minutes on foot) and the hotel provides shatter buses to and from the Haram throughout the day.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were great. Shuttle bus service was excellent. Location was great too.

Issue during checking even though room was booked and paid , reception staff said that there is nothing they can do , After we called 911 to get our room, staff changed version saying that the room is occupied by other people that do not want to leave. Terrible experience.

Please provide a prayer mate and Quran in every room. Please provide a universal electric socket in every room, to charge phones. Rooms have electric sockets which are no compatible with phone chargers and it’s inconvenient.

We book through this website and paid Upon arrival they said first no reservations Second they want money right at the desk even I repeatedly we paid . No convincing for people travel and arrived tired Need good communication Between their staffs ,also between this agent and hotel . You need to report payments right away We ended paid twice and we stay only one night We request refund from *******

Worst hotel I have been to in my whole life. We originally booked 5 nights but only stayed 1 night and left to find somewhere else. The corridors and rooms are soo smelly. As though someone vomited on it. Very toxic smell in the corridors too (they are currently changing the carpets in the corridors. The staff are very rude and not professional. The guy carrying out luggage was so careless bumping it everywhere then he tried to squeeze in a packed lift. The other customers in the lift had to say theres no space. We wasted 2 days in madina because of this. Horrible horrible place. I wouldnt even give it 1 star. The room cupboards have screws sticking out of them. The aircon in the rooms are so loud like a hoover. We raised this with management. Although they changed our room 3 times they all had the same issue. Management then blamed us and said we are causing trouble. Please please avoid

CLEAN HOTEL, RESONABLE PRICE AND GOOD PRAER ROOM

Ce n'est pas fiable. J'ai réservé et ils ont bien confirmé ma réservation. Le jour J, le réceptionniste m'indique que l'hôtel est full. Il m'a orienté vers un autre hôtel loin de Ajyad et ou je dois prendre un bus pour aller au haram. Je ne recommande pas.
