I like stay in this hotel , just service is too bad , they not care about customer what he want and what he need , even for room is not so clean and no have sleepers, i feel so disappointed for this case i wish next time they can care more about their customer, price is too high but service is too bed and cheap

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Iberostar hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. I want to extend a special thanks to Mr. Chokri, whose welcome and kindness were truly outstanding. His personal touch and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more memorable. It's people like him who make a difference in a hotel experience. I'd also like to commend Affat, the receptionist, for being incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Her professionalism and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests were greatly appreciated. The hotel itself was beautiful, with comfortable rooms, stunning views, and a range of amenities that ensured a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, and the overall a**osphere was inviting and tranquil. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Iberostar hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch hospitality experience. My thanks go out to Mr. Chokri, Affat, and the entire staff for making my visit so memorable. I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you, Iberostar, for a fantastic stay!

This my second time visiting iberostar colection the first with kantaoui bay it was awesome and the second in royal al mansour was even better, i would like to thanks and appreciate the whole team specially the animation team from team leader Aladin and the star camp to the rest members luka maxi mario khalid mimi goufi ...

Service degraded drastically. This is my second time in this hotel. From the first visit to the second, a huge difference. And the difference touches the check-in time till the check-out. Here is why : - As a ********** Gold member, I have the right for early check-in if there is availability and guaranteed late check-out. I got neither the first nor the second perk. - The welcome in the reception is cold and not appropriate for a 5 stars hotel. - We did not find a spot for our car in the parking lot. - There are missing amenities in the room like shower gel and water boiler machine. - Restaurant food quality degraded. We were 8 in the hotel. 3 of us including me had diarrhea. - Restaurant servers are not attentive to clients requests. They do not smile and some of them are even rude. I asked their chief for a water boiler machine, he promised to send one to my room. Got nothing. Compared to Iberostar Kuriat Palace in Sousse where we got Gold member perks in check-in and check-out time and where we got a very warm welcome, the Iberostar Royal Elmansour is not a "Very Good" hotel anymore. I dont recommend for people who are attentive to details. I'll definetly go back to Sousse but I'll think twice before returning to Royal El Mansour Hotel. Special thanks, though, to Fares, the lifeguard guy, who is one of the best employees in the hotel. Always available and very hardworking.

I wouldn't say the best hotel, but still acceptable, i didn't like how rude the staff was in there

No VIP Gold trea**ent. Food was average. For the room and the view, judge yourself :(
