Friendly staff, pleasant pool. Clean rooms. Perfect location in the middle of town.

Excellent location - huge rooms with great air conditioning - food is superb and staff are friendly and efficient - staff available for our early morning departure - pool was kept extremely clean even though lots of trees (which give amazing shade) shedding their leaves. Thouroughly enjoyed 4 nights here and would definitely stay again and highly recommend

The hotel staff was humble, kind, and helpful. The rooms were kept neat, tidy and well-maintained. The pool was clean, the restaurant had ***y options. Beautiful cooked warm breakfast. The hotel is located right opposite to (a) the Mahabalipuram Bus Stand and (b) the Archeological Society-maintained garden: which has 5 chariots temple, and ***y UNESCO-appreciated sites.

2 night stay, this is a basic hotel which has probably seen better days, however the location is close to all the sites, shopping and restaurants. Ac/fan are good , shower and toilet clean and functional. Used the restaurant once, the lobster was fresh and cooked very well, the price was extremely good value, the waitress from Darjeeling was pleasant and helpful. The downside was the amount of mosquitoes in the room and the bad wi fi connection ( however this is a common problem in ***y hotels in India) lastly some not all of the staff on reception need to be a little more professional in their approach to guests needs, good customer care is a big factor when choosing a hotel for most people. This is a cozy hotel and location is very good. The ambiance of hotel is awesome, fully cover by greenery and a quiet place tucked away. Room was big, wooden furnished and furniture was vintage. In our package Mini refrigerator was included but no refrigerator wasn't our room, several times we told them but they couldn't provide us. All room is pool side. Pool access available from 6 AM to 6 PM. Food quality is good and price is okay according to Hotel. They have buffet breakfast which good according to choice as well as quality. Complimentary buffet breakfast wasn't included with our package, so we paid ₹350 for buffet breakfast.

Our decision to stay in this hotel was a last minute plan due to change in travel plan. But no regrets. The hotel is walking distance from shore temple and beach. The staff at check in was very quick and helpful with tips. We did not have bf inclusive rate but lot of choices at walking distance. The room was spacious neat and quiet. We had a long travel before and this was our last halt before flying out of Chennai. Lot of reviews talked about the pool but we did not try it. The parking was right inside and restaurant had a wide choice. For the price we paid it was value for money.

Hotel excellent, with lots of greenery; there is noise from the surrounding businesses, obviously not the hotels fault, but bare in mind if you're a light sleeper. Pool very clean and can thoroughly recommended due to this.

Perfectly adequate stay. I was satisfied with the room and the great location, the mgmt has tried to decorate the place with greenery and traditional touch, and has somewhat succeeded I guess - for the price you are paying. The area around the reception and pool is quite pleasing to the eye, Service is efficient but I hope the staff smiled a little more - guests do not want to see glum faces on their holiday. Swimming pool is the real winner, it was bliss to spend hours in it when the weather is so hot but I wish the hotel didn't allow guests who were not wearing proper swimming attire or even a swim cap, enter the pool. Also, it's probably not hygienic to have an aviary that close to the pool! Location wise, this is jackpot. We could walk on either side of the hotel's entrance and explore various beaches and its shops, eateries. The town's bus stop and Arjuna's penance rock both are situated right opposite to the resort entrance. ***y little cafes and sculpture shops to explore. Bottom line? Don't go with too much expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised. reminding you once again, for the price you are paying, it can't get better than this, as budget options - that also provide big ac rooms, a swimming pool and room service plus in house restaurant - are very few in Mahabalipuram, unless you shell big bucks.

Very poor hospitality and service extra charged by the hotel staff and and the planner agency should reveiw the hotel and staff of the ***agement team should take all the visiting person should avoid the hotel's and have a joyfull travels in t n state a luxirious
