We had a great time at Bharat Hotel. My family has been visiting Mahabaleshwar and staying at Bharat Hotel for many years and they have kept up the quality and comfort. The Bharat New Edition rooms were cozy and pleasant and the staff was extremely helpful especially the gentleman named ‘Suresh’ and other staff too. Great food as well. Will definitely visit again soon.

Our recent experience was extremely disappointing, and it's imperative that others are made aware of it. While on the premises, our wallet was misplaced in the parking area. Eventually, we retrieved it from the reception, but unfortunately, all the cash (approximately INR 9,000 to 10,000) had been removed, leaving only the cards behind. Despite this incident, the staff provided no assistance in identifying the perpetrator or recovering the stolen money. Initially, we were informed that reviewing the CCTV footage would take some time before any confirmation could be made. Subsequently, we were told that the CCTV at the main gate had been non-functional for the past 15 days. The lack of initiative from the staff to address our concerns was evident throughout the ordeal. They assured us that further investigation would be conducted and updates provided, but as of now, we are still awaiting any developments. However, the absence of functioning cameras and the apparent lack of accountability on the hotel's premises are concerning. It's imperative for the management to address these issues promptly and implement measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Our case highlights just one instance, raising questions about the security and accountability of belongings within the premises.

Hotel location is very good central place we can reach to all tourists points from here with equal distance and nice ambiance

It was great experience with bharat hotel. If you are looking for a staycation in mahabaleshwar then this place is for you.

Stay was awesome. Beautiful pool and location is perfect nearby market. Food was ok. Service was great overall great experience. Would love to visit again!

Stay was good. Ambience of hotel is nice and the location is also very near to Market so easily accessible. Breakfast is also very tasty. Service is good. However I didn't like the other food test. Even the dishes mentioned in the menu card are not present when asked. The rates are very high if you have food in the hotel. No snacks item available even at snacks time. Overall good stay it excludes the food part. I will recommend this hotel to stay. 😊

Rooms are spacious but we got very vintage rooms. Everything inside room is very old such as bed, tap etc. Food is gujarat style. Sweet. No one asked how you need food to be prepared. Overall not wow experience.

The quality of rooms are very poor and doesn't look the tariff of such rooms are high. The bathroom door doesn't have lock and transparent glasses. The services are very poor
