Just back from a friends wedding , best wedding I’ve been to .. staff go over and above to help . Food was amazing. The whole experience was fantastic… if your thinking of have your wedding here .. book it you’ll not be disappointed. From the owner , Chris and all staff give you so much attention. We decided to surprise bride and stay another night , got a great deal plus Chris sorted us out with drinks etc to our room so we could hid and surprise the bridal party when they came out from their meal . I really do recommend this hotel and wedding venue.

Visited here for some food and a catchup with my cousin. The restaurant area was clean, tidy and clutter free. Food was tasty, nothing fancy just pub grub which we wanted. Fast friendly service. Reasonably priced. I would come again if in area again

This hotel has so many discerning things to offer the tired traveller, brilliant surroundings, warm atmosphere, warm spacious and comfortable rooms and above all great food and great customer service, in particular from Karen who goes that extra mile to accommodate you. Very highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Walsh’s hotel for those special occasions. They hosted an afternoon tea for my Aunts 70th Birthday!The food was fabulous and the staff were excellent. Special thanks to Gerard,Emily and Ciara for helping to make the occasion so special. Thanks to Ash for helping organise the day. We had such a great day and the room was so spacious that the kids had lots of fun running around.

I would just like to commend Gerard and his great attentive staff for another wonderful buffet lunch. I have been using the hotel for the past 10 years when running coach tours for our community. The hotel never fails to deliver when we visit and today was no exception. The food was lovely as always and 50 persons were served in less than 20 minutes. We look forward to our visit again later this year.

We celebrated my nieces 30th birthday in Walsh's apartments on 3rd February. The accommodation was absolutely brilliant. Plenty of space and everything you'd need. The hotel reserved the best seats for us in the bar for the evening entertainment, which was great. The staff couldn't do enough for us over the weekend. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

My room was cold, as the heating which is switched on from reception hadn't been turned on. After a few hours it still hadn't heated up so I asked to change rooms which they were happy to arrange for me. Food options wasn't the best, had a burger and chips which was dry. In the end I left this. The lady on reception was really nice and friendly.

Stayed here for a wedding which was nearby. Can't praise the place enough. Ash and Kris were both so attentive and helpful. Some little extras such as bringing colouring paper and crayons to our boys at mealtimes, giving them sweet on paying the bill, as well as having the family room set up with cot, sheets and toddler sides for the bed. The breakfasts and dinner were top notch! Honestly wasn't expecting to enjoy our stay so much. Would HIGHLY recommend (especially if you want really good service). Thanks from the Mullans

Very disappointing meal Only Luke warm when it was served The sauce as described on menu was not served with the dish so while I waited on sauce I asked to keep my meal warm but it wasn’t when I got it back either The vegetables were over cooked and looked reheated over and over
