預定的時候付款他們沒收到付款，看下面的留言，好像很多人這個情況 房間一般般，房鎖是壞的，如果前幾天已經住過其他酒店海景，後幾天可以住這，景觀房就是城景 早餐很多但口感不太好 第二天續住跟服務人員說house keeping他們也沒有 其他服務人員是很和善

Parking is available for 50 ILS/day.

Nice comfortable, clean room, if a bit small. Toilet/shower room small and very basic. Flooring to one room was peeling up. Generally, the decor is old and tired. It would help if the hotel had a city map available that highlighted local tourist sites- we were told just to use Google when we asked. Staff polite and friendly.

My husband and I and my in-laws stayed at the Jacob Hotel de Tiberias last weekend and we had a very pleasant experience. Clean hotel and good-smelling, excellent service, comfortable room and amazing breakfast. For sure, when we go to Tiberias again, we will come back to the Jacob Hotel.

Hotel excentré, mais surtout à la limite de la propreté, et doté d'un accueil…pardon pas doté du moindre accueil. Des réceptionnistes que l'on dérange, a peine poli, ne faisant pas le moindre effort. Bref, à éviter largement. Aucun intérêt à séjourner dans cet établissement. Aucun. Fuyez !

Personel behind reception desk surely not service orientated capable workers We were with group of business people. We booked with use of parkingplace which was confirmed at first day. When we arrived back to the hotel the next day we asked to open the gate so that we can park our cars. The reception desk workwd Chai said we werd not allowed in a very rude manner. He even did not want ro listen to the fact that we asked parking on forehand. When we askee to check with the manager he said he did but clearly he didn’t. Hexbegan to insult the guests (with me) that they were drunk He even did not want to listen when the tour guide wanted to solve the problem. The business people (4 couples in their 50s )were very insulted and never want to go back to this place. They did not understand that the management does not hire capable personel for their front desk

The rooms facing the street are not pleasant. The balcony was not clean and it wasn’t able to be used because of the traffic noise. Standing in the bathroom is like being in a bus stop because the walls are so thin and the street noise comes in the vent. Also the check in staff said we could park anywhere on the street out front and we got two parking tickets. The girl helping us check out was very nice and corrected our bill. The breakfast was good.
