Loved the place, staff and food. Other tenants upstairs were really loud every morning/day but other than that, very great place to stay

Lots of bugs, heater does not work, shower door is broken, and the tub is cracked. Very disappointing. We cut our trip short so we didn’t have to stay there another night. Truly disgusting.

I liked that there is a restaurant on site and the staff are friendly! Our air-condition/ heat made a popping noise.

The property was nice because there was plenty of parking, a very nice (Johnathon creek) behind it and it has its own restaurant plus there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The price was also good for a two bedroom room.

The front desk personnel was great but the room needed so repairs. The light switch cover was broke and the wiring was showing. The light fixture cover was missing. Exposing the bulb, also missing a bulb

It was ok, the music from the bar is very loud and you can hear it in your rooms, we were on the second floor and they have no lights on the walkway or on the stairs so it was very dangerous going down the stairs in the dark, the office staff were not very friendly. The looks from outside were nice and the location is nice These pictures are the walkway/stairs at 7am so it’s not like we were going anywhere too early, however if someone had an emergency its not safe

Checked in for 2 rooms Hallway was freezing upon entry. Heat did not work in either room. None of the outlets in the one of rooms worked. Got moved to another room and it was never cleaned, unmade bed and trash everywhere. They wanted to move me to another room, and I instead asked for a refund. They refused. I left and stayed at another hotel.

Beware…this hotel is super cute, convenient and clean BUT, if you stay in the 2 story “hotel” section (not the single story cabin like rooms), you will know every move your neighbor makes. We were on the first floor and it sounded like elephants were trampling up above. Thankfully it didn’t go on all night, but it was loud!!! Loved the property, the staff and I know I sound like a little old lady complaining about noise, but I was legitimately concerned I wouldn’t be able to sleep. IF I stayed again, I would be pickier with my room selection

The service was excellent. I'd stayed here before and had good experiences. This time we had an issue with the first room, but they understood and gave us a new room and took good care of us. It's a nice place with a rustic feel. You won't regret staying here, if you're in the area.
