There was a problem with the room when I arrived but when I complained the front desk staff moved me immediately. However the next room had a big problem with a very strong drain smell coming from the bathroom. Come on guys, sort this out. The staff try so hard to make the stay memorable but then there is a problem like this which is easy to fix. I have given four stars, not three, as the staff are so kind and helpful.

Everything was perfect, from checking in, room service, restaurant and laundry. Except a lot of mosquitoes but they provide the mosquito coil and the problem was solved.

Staffs with very good service and expecially in restaurant Mr.Krishnakumar. I'll come back to your hotel...rooms are neet and clean, walm welcome staffs. This hotel is worth for money. Thank you so much we will come back soon and keep this service with smile..

Good for 3 adult to stay in the triple bed room option. Covered car parking is available, but seems it is first come first, still private car parking is available at cost. Swiggy/zomato is available. Better explore the local cuisine and i recommend @hotel sree sabarees-veg, near the accommodation. Excellent food. Never recommend rahman briyani near to this hotel for parotta. Shame for famous madurai parotta. Try other famous one.

Great hotel to stay. Interiors done very artistically and tastefully. Maintained very neat and clean too. All amenities provided as promised. Prompt services provided as and when requested. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Buffet breakfast served in restaurant had a good spread and awesome food.

The staff were accommodating to our requests. The hotel is in good location for the bus and train station and a short walk to the main temple. Set in a busy city centre area, hence expected bustle of city life. The room had a large bed and comfortable mattress. Aircon was effective. I would have felt more safe with a different lock however when in room, there was a bolt. Sadly the room was very dated and needed a refurbishment. Bathroom clean but in need or refurb. I would have expected hot water of hotel of this standard. We did not eat here.

Very helpful, caring and friendly staff. Absolute dining facilities, clean room with great view from the city. Television channels were occasionally on and off, but Netflix was available on the large screen TV to log into. Marvellous peacocks are wandering around the hotel grounds .

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel is located few kilometers from the famous Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple. While the location of the hotel is not the best, at least in my opinion, the hospitality of the hotel staff and the buffet breakfast were nothing short of the best I have experienced. The hotel reception staff as well as the restaurant staff were very welcoming and provided the best reception any customer could ask for. The room and the decor though outdated, was clean and well maintained. The bathroom could use an uplift. The buffet breakfast was very delicious with a lot of variety to choose from. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The room rate was reasonable. Despite the location and decent rooms, I would definitely choose this place when I visit Madurai next time.This
