Very courteous staff and the breakfast spread with so many south indian dishes, chinese, north indian dishes was just amazing. the rooms were clean and neat. The staff obliged for our request for providing extra pillows and towels. overall great experience.

The hotel is about 5 km from the Madurai railway station if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it takes 15 minutes to reach the hotel. Only Uber auto and bike is available from the Railway station. But not reliable at all, after your booking is confirmed by Uber driver will call you and ask for more, (double) and only if you agree, they'll come. This is a patten in Madurai. I experienced this for all my Uber rides. Everything at the hotel was was excellent, the morning complimentary breakfast is outstanding with some local delicacies. Only issue (currently) some flyover construction currently going on outside the hotel, If you want to explore some shopping, there is a Sarvana store within 2 km of the hotel in case you want to check out for any sarees etc. Overall Good

The hotel extended a world class hospitality and the staff were extremely helpful friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located near the centre of the city but a bit away from the hustle and crowd. I had stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Breakfast spread was also vast and well balanced. Special mention of (in alphabetical order) Angarag, Anwari and Shreya :)

It was really nice trip to Rameshwaram. Hotel stay is very nice. From starting to end it was very nice experience. It was royal service i can say. It was more than our expectations. Rooms , food verity and quality was very very good. We really want to visit again to this same hotel in future if we go to Rameshwaram.
