마드리드, 프라도 미술관 근처 호텔

Very centrally located with friendly front desk staff. We would like to specially thank Ms Rosario and Ms Carlota for going the extra mile by making sure customers feel welcomed and at ease. We ordered from their dining menu, Le Room Service, several times during our time in Madrid, and the food was of good portion, and good quality!

놀랍도록 중앙에 위치한 사랑스러운 호텔이므로 우리가보고해야 할 모든 것까지 걸어갈 수 있었습니다. 따뜻한 음식과 차가운 음식의 좋은 선택으로 훌륭한 아침 식사. 직원들은 일반적으로 매우 친절하고 정중합니다. 우리의 한 가지 불만은 우리가 가지고 있던 침실의 TV가 BBC 세계 뉴스 채널에서 계속 사진을 잃거나 얼어 붙게 되었고 LG에서 계속 작은 아이콘이 나타나며 잠시 기다린 후에 화면을 복원했다는 것입니다. 우리는 우리가 거기에 있었던 첫날 아침에 이것에 대해 불평했고 리셉션은 그것을 기록했고 엔지니어가 가서 그것에 참석할 것입니다. 이것은 완료되지 않았고 슬프게도 전체 체류 동안 우리는 우리에게 정말 쓸모가없는 TV에 좌절했습니다. 나는 같은 불만에 대해 Tripadvisor에서 다른 비슷한 이야기를 읽었으므로 호텔은 분명히 문제를 알고 있지만 겉보기에는 그것에 대해 아무 것도하지 않기로 선택하는 것 같습니다. 이것은 부끄러운 일입니다. 너무 쉬운 것이 있기 때문에 예상하면 방의 즐거움에 큰 차이를 만들 것입니다. 그 외에는 실제로 불만이 없었고 확실히 다시 머물 것입니다.

위치는 프라도 박물관 바로 옆에 있으며, Atocha 기차역에서 10 분 거리에 있으며, 관광 명소와 매우 가깝지만 소음이 적은 조용한 곳입니다. 외출 분위기가 아주 좋으며 Lichi Park가 옆에 있으며 Alcala Gate가 모퉁이에 있으며 기념비가 있습니다. 호텔의 장식은 매우 신선하고 프론트 데스크의 잘 생긴 남자는 매우 예의 바르며 세라믹 주전자를 가지고 매우 즐겁습니다. 가족 실에는 어린이들이 정말로 좋아하는 이층 침대 세트가 있습니다!

직원들은 좋았고 조기 체크인을 허용했습니다. 기차역에서 도보로 5 분 거리에있는 훌륭한 위치. 프라도 (Prado)와 광장 시장 (Plaza Mayor)은 모두 매우 걸어 갈 수 있습니다. 게다가이 지역에는 훌륭한 레스토랑이 많이 있습니다. 단점은 거리 소음입니다. 우리는 AC가없는 5 층에 방을 가지고 있었고, 우리는 창문을 열어야했고 매우 바쁜 거리의 소음은 귀가되었습니다. 그리고 오전 3시에 사람들은 파티에서 밤에 돌아 오는 사람들이 웃고 소리를 지르는 것을들을 수있었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 침대가 편안하다고 생각합니다. 그러나 AC가있는 객실 또는 호텔 뒤쪽에있는 객실을 추천합니다.

As a Marriott Titanium / Lifetime Platinum Elite Guest, our family [husband, wife and two young daughters] decided to visit Madrid, Spain to start our month-long 2023 summer vacation in Europe. We spent five (5) nights at Westin Palace Madrid using our Bonvoy points in late May / early June 2023. Please see the thirty-eight (38) photos we posted with this review of all aspects of the hotel. Within days after making our five (5) night stay using Marriott Bonvoy points approximately ten (10) months prior to our arrival date, we emailed General Manager, Pablo Flores and advised him of our future stay as well as our special requests, including our request for an Executive Suite, which would comfortably host our family of four. Within hours of our email, we received a thoughtful reply Paloma Hidalgo, Director of Rooms, whom immediately provided us with a complimentary guaranteed upgrade to an Executive Suite and further, Ms. Hidalgo readily granted all of our other special requests. The prompt response did not come as a surprise to us given how active the management of this property is in reading and promptly replying to past guests on Trip Advisor as well as the Marriott Bonvoy website, which is but a mere sign of management’s commitment to exemplary customer service. Not surprisingly, we were overjoyed with such a response and really looked forward to our future stay at The Westin Palace Madrid. This gorgeous historic hotel is magnificently located in Madrid overlooking the Neptune Fountain and less than a three minute walk to the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, less than a five minute walk to the Prado Museum and less than a ten minute walk to the Reina Sofia Museum. It is also extremely close to Retiro Park and is within an easy 15 minute walk to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the Gran Via as well as many bars, restaurant, trendy cafés, market and other cultural attractions. You can easily walk everywhere throughout the entire city but public transportation options abound in close proximity to the hotel as well. Our initial visit to the Westin Palace Madrid did not disappoint, especially when the hotel accommodated our extremely early check-in (before 9:00 am). The check-in process with Ms. Hidalgo, Estefanía Martinez, Front Office Assistant Manager and Juan at the reception desk was a breeze. Further, Ms. Martinez was kind enough to personally escort us to our suite and show us all of the features and amenities of same. This was very thoughtful on the part of Ms. Martinez and very much appreciated. Throughout our entire five (5) night stay, Ms. Hidalgo and Ms. Martinez were especially helpful and friendly. We simply loved our Palace Executive Suite with slightly over 1,000 square feet in total space with a sublime view of the Neptune Fountain; it was truly remarkable. Best Things ~~ 이 호텔의 Best 는 The Omar이다. The Omar 의 아침 식사는 완벽하다. 베이커리와 음식들,그리고 스태프들 모두가 너무 홀륭하다. 모두가 밝고 친절하지만 특히 , SumayA 는 너무 친절하고 가능한 많은 음식을 맛볼수 있도록 도와주고 즐거운 식사시간이 되도록 해 준다. The Omar 의 빵들은 파리의 최고 베이커리 수준으로 맛있는것 같다. 우린 이 호텔에 머물면서 아침 식사를 늘 기다린다 ^^ Worst Things ~~ 우린 이 호텔에 27주년 기념 여행으로 왔기 때문에 많은 기대를 갖고 왔다. 룸도 킹 스위트로 업그래드를 잘 해주었다. 하지만, 우린 샤워를 할때 물이 빠지지 않아서 머리를 감고 물이 내려가길 기다리고 물이 내려가면 또 샤워를 하고 , 이렇게 불편하게 샤워를 끝내고 나왔지만 , 물은 이미 욕실 바닥 전체에 퍼져서 우린 모든 타올들로 믈을 닦고 프론트에 연락을 했다 20분 후에 기술자가 와서 고치고 그 기술자가 하우스 키퍼에게 연락해서 청소 하러 왔다. 그렇게 1시간 정도를 불편하게 보냈지만 , 컨시어저 에서는 잘 해결이 되었는지 불편하게 되서 미안하다는 연락이 전혀 없었다. 전화 한 번이면 손님들의 기분을 더 나빠지게 하지 않을수 있을텐데... 정말 놀라웠다. 그리고, 나는 하얏트 계열사에서 컨시어져의 매너가 이렇게 나쁠수 있다는것도 알게 되었다. 하지만, 룸의 컨디션이나 모든것이 나쁘지 않고 아침식사는 훌륭하지만, 아쉽게도 컨시어져의 반응에 호텔 전체 이미지가 나쁘게 느껴지고 말았다. 보통 문제는 큰 것에서 생기는 것이 아니라 작은 것에서 시작된다 !!

호텔의 위치는 매우 좋고 객실은 크지는 않지만 매우 깨끗하고 위생적이며 시트가 매우 흰색으로 세탁되어 첫눈에 매우 편안합니다. 아침 식사도 매우 풍부합니다. 즉, 토요일과 일요일의 아침 식사는 8시에 시작됩니다. 내가 떠날 때, 나는 토요일에 비행기를 탑니다. 7시 30분에 내려오면 조식이 없습니다. 프론트 데스크는 작은 바에 간단한 음식과 음료가 있다고 말했습니다. 포인트, 더 인간적인 느낌이 들어 숙박 경험이 매우 좋습니다. 추천합니다!

Air cond wasn’t working, mini bar also not working. They removed the mini bar, but did not have a replacement unit on hand. Music at the lift lobby was for the young and restless. Breakfast was good, especially the chef who was prepared to make eggs our way. Room size ok, but not for people bigger than us. We are on the smallish side. Housekeeping and decor were good Location was good, convenient to many places on foot Room was quiet.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was perfect for a couple traveling with their children. We stayed for a week, the location was amazing across the street from The amazingly beautiful Retiro park. The staff was great, rooms cleaned very well. We had the included breakfast which was great lots of choices. Can’t say enough about it. Having a junior suite with separate bedroom and huge separate space for sitting and bunk beds was key for us to have a wonderful week! Would definitely return!

이곳은 멋지고 현대적인 호텔입니다. 지하철과 공항에서 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다. 호텔에서 마드리드 중심부까지 지하철로 단 30분 거리에 있습니다. 방은 좋았고, 유일한 문제는 베개가 약간 얇았고 거기에 뭔가를 끼우지 않는 한 창문을 열어두기가 어려웠다는 것이었지만 아주 사소한 문제일 뿐이어서 행복하게 다시 이곳에 머물 수 있었습니다.
