El mejor consejo que puedo dar es que no reservéis en este hotel, por muy barato y bien ubicado que esté. Aún menos que lo reservéis por el servicio de Trip.com, pues la página web no te envía toda la información necesaria y luego tendrás problemas para hacer el check-in: estuve una hora y media intentando contactar con alguien para que me diesen mi LOCALIZADOR, que es necesario para hacer el check-in; tuve suerte y me crucé con un trabajador del lugar que me lo dijo, pero si no, hubiera estado allí toda la tarde sin que nadie contestara a los correos ni a las llamadas. En cuanto a la habitación, da muchísimo que desear: olor fuertísimo a humedad que se queda hasta en la ropa, paredes sucias, muebles dañados, manchas en las sábanas... También se oyen mucho a los demás huéspedes. Estoy muy descontenta con el servicio y las instalaciones de este hotel, y no volvería. Vale la pena gastar 10 o 20 euros más por noche.

The email for entering was not sent, so I wased time and found another hotel. And They declined even refund. Never go to this hotel! This is so terrbible experience!!

Total automatized easy check in and out. Close to transportation, historic and tourist places.

- Check-in process: very cumbersome. Not explained well. Slow. Confusing. I am very tech savvy, pro-self service; this is as bad as it can get. - Cleanliness: very dirty. Bed sheet were not changed from previous guest. Hair all over the bathroom, sheets, floor, towel. Towels also smelly. - Pictures on ********** vs. reality: totally different. Dark room, poorly maintained. Much smaller than represented on pictures.

I don’t usually leave feedbacks, though this one i had to, for future users. Their door opening system was pretty cool and thats the only cool thing about this hotel. Bed was so uncomfortable that my back started to ache after 30 minutes of laying down. I tried to lay on the foot of the bed, or different side of the bed, but didn’t work. I ended up sleeping on the floor. Room smells like old dust. And the room it self was built half underground, that you can hear people walking by all night, like in the movie ‘Parasite’. And no Air conditioner in this hat city. Worst of all the hotel i stayed. Don’t be tricked by the pictures .

The location was great and the room was quiet. Not a window even though Pictures show a window. Basement unit with sewer smell. Mold in the bathroom.

Worst and most terrible service ever Close this place down

I'm giving poor rate because I never find the hotel. I arrived around 12:30 am to the address indicated in the website I was surprised , no sign nothing that indicated the existence of this hotel. I asked to different police officers and none of them had idea about this hotel. I called a phone number on the website and they never responded. I have to walk with my wife around puerta del Sol to see where we could spend the night. Fortunately we found a hostal. I complained with ******* and they processed a refund.
