This hotel is a gem. What do you want in a hotel for skiing? A minute from the hills. The friendliest staff ever. Cozy and comfortable rooms. An incredible chef in the hotel restaurant. A yummy breakfast. Comfy beds. Cant think of a better place to stay in Madonna

Just had a wonderful stay at Chalet del Sogno. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and is perfectly located next to the ski gondola. The owners and staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional

Excellent hotel in a truly beautiful setting, the staff, Alberto, Michelle and everyone else went well beyond our espectations, the restaurant is the best in the area with a delicious offer of food and wine, conviniently situated next to a lift is excellent to practice any summer or winter sport.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful with organizing everything from lift tickets, ski lessons, dinner reservations… plus the hotel is super clean in a great location for shopping and skiing. We will definitely be back!

Nice hotel with all facilities you need to enjoy your stay. Rooms are fine (missing in room coffee and thee facility), breakfast is perfect, fitness/ wellness/ swimming pool all present and high quality. The restaurant serves very good food. Service is outstanding and very friendly. Chalet del Sogno is located directly next to the lift. A 2 minute walk is all it takes. When enough snow available ski in and out is possible. Location towards the centre is also fine. Very quite.

Alberto and his staff made our trip to Madonna di Campiglio! The hotel is great. We had a wonderful room, lovely breakfasts and the best dinner of our 10 day trip at their restaurant, Due Pini. But beyond all that, the reason to stay at Chalet del Sogno is Alberto and his staff. They guided us on a hike in the mountains and took us on mountain bikes (mountain biking on e-bikes is my new favorite thing!) up, down and around the mountains and town. In addition they set us up at other great restaurants in town. They could not have done more to ensure we had an amazing trip.

One can only assume that the 5 stars this hotel proudly boasts is self awarded, as the facilities nor the service we received are near 5 stars at all. The lobby is strangely unwelcoming, with none of the usual relaxed open public spaces, and the reception located along a relatively narrow corridor that is also the main access point to the remainder of the hotel. The room we received was of a good size, but poorly lit and the wooden floors were prone to giving us splinters (something to bear in mind if bringing kids). The bathroom was particularly disappointing, betraying the length of time since the room was last renovated, with a single sink, and fairly old fashioned Teuco bathtub / shower combination. The water pressure in the shower was poor (an absolute no no for a mountain hotel and the last thing you want after a long day hiking) and the one time we had a bath, it seemed to leak requiring a number of towels to mop up the floor. The spa area was of a decent size for a hotel with 18 rooms, though it was also not anywhere I wanted to spend any length of time, with a relatively cold small pool, and jacuzzi set to one side. In the hotels defence, the breakfast room was beautiful and the food was decent (albeit not amazing). However, we had to question whether the buffet adheres to Covid regulations, with numerous touch points (spoons for yoghurt / cereal etc.) that were not regularly sanitised (in the period we were at breakfast at least). Lastly, we come to the service we received which was very disappointing, and rather condescending. In summary, an arrogant tired hotel that requires investment in both the facilities and the service. I only wish we had booked somewhere else given the myriad of wonderful hotels with amazing service in the mountains, please don’t make our mistake.

A lot of great things about Chalet del Sogno: great service, nice staff, amazing breakfast, really good location (close to one of the lifts that takes you to Groste). However, for the price we paid, we expected more. The hotel’s facilities in general are old (pool, gym, spa, etc.) and the room decor is… well… ugly. Also, it’s impossible to get a place at the hotel’s restaurant (which is very very very good judging by the room service) unless you book weeks in advance.

Molto carino e romantico, questo hotel si trova accanto alla cabinovia spinale. Abbiamo soggiornato a Marzo 2023 con mia sorella, ci siamo trovate molto bene. Personale gentile e spazi accoglienti La stanza molto bella e spaziosa, aveva un terrazzo privato con affaccio tra strada e piste. Il ristorante favoloso, piatti speciali e personale di sala gentile e professionale. Siamo arrivate in treno da Roma ed è stato tutto perfetto, è venuta a prenderci la navetta dell’hotel e a fine settimana ci ha riaccompagnate in piazza Brenta alta per riprendere il pullman per Trento. Rimpiango di non esserci tornata quest anno! Grazie di tutto
