We had a amazing holidays, hotel spinale is a great Hotel with amazing staff. The location off the hotel can not be better next to the gondola lift . Breakfast and dinner in a beautiful restaurant. The service for the equipment lockers are amazing . With your room key you’re open your locker for your skies equipment, and is heated. For 💯 % we come back.

Absolutely wonderful hotel with amazing staff and food . From the moment we arrived the staff were super friendly and genuinely keen to help . Davide at reception was excellent and the staff in breakfast room were really good . The breakfast was excellent and had everything required . Location is superb , about 20 yards from the ski lift and ski in and out . Lovely village and the skiing was excellent with well groomed pistes and not too busy . Looking forward to my return trip in March .

We have been to the Hotel Spinale for the last three years, having stayed at other hotels prior to this. It is a beautiful, luxurious,modern hotel, with lovely staff, amazing breakfast (the new omelet station served one of the best omelettes I have ever had) and a fantastic location , both for enjoying everything Madonna has to offer plus, of course, having the Spinale lift end 20m from the hotel. We love it and would highly recommend it.

The hotel was recently refurbished, and the rooms are modern, warm and welcoming. The staff is truly amazing and is there to assist your every needs. From the time of arrival to departure, you will always encounter smiling faces. Breakfast is varied with a nice bonus of having freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel is just across the skilift and provides special rates for equipment rental by the skilift, so that that it is a great place if you like skiing, like we do. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

Just got back from a week long holiday in this hotel. Let’s start with the positives: the restaurant was well managed and the food impeccable. The Manager Nicola is extremely friendly and helpful. Negatives: 1. someone kept smoking electronic cigarettes in the hall and no one stopped them. 2. One big negative that will prevent us coming back. Ever. We were presented with a bill that had 5000 euro added to it. The lady at the reception played dumb and didn’t seem to be able to work out basic maths. When we asked her for the name she said she forgot. When we asked for the manager she said the manager was busy. When we tried getting any explanation we were told to go to the room. We went to the room feeling like helpless foreigners. Finally they seemed to “have worked out the mistake”. And yes, took off the 5 gran from the bill as we tried to explain. What an easy mistake to make? We had to email the person who made the reservation and we came back a few hours later when the reception personal changed and produced the updated bill. 3. Extremely thin walls. You can hear the loudest music outside as if you have the nightclub in your room. Also all the conversations by your neighbors. 4. The hotel is not ski in. You have to walk to the ski lift and back. 5. They have sent me an email claiming that some old wooden thing above the bed was broken, which we never touched. Claiming damages for something we never touched. Anyway, if you want some respect as a tourist, please take some advice: dont come to this hotel. And big hello to the receptionist (slim build lady with curly hair )who doesn’t remember their name.

The hotel is very well located - 20 meters from the Spinale lift. The staff is friendly, helpful and profesisonal. Breakfast is good. The lobby bar has a great selection of drinks and the bartenders are attentive. Ski room is small but each room has a good locker that has a dryer for boots, helmets and gloves, so everything is dry in the morning. Spa area is nothing fancy but enough - has a small pool, steambath and sauna. I can recommend this hotel to anyone.
