I booked, months in advance, a room with 2 beds since my son and I were traveling with a friend and their child. We were on a college tour weekend. I called 2 days before to confirm all was still set and correct. We traveled 6 hours and arrived 11:30pm. We waited 20 minutes to get our room which turned out to be a King Size bed. We told the front desk person, who advised us he was only one person on duty, that there were no double bed rooms. We explained there was no way 4 people unrelated could stay in one King Bed. He said he'd look around the hotel. He came back 20 minutes later saying he found one. The room we were given was horrible but it was almost 1am and we had no choice. It smelled so terrible and was missing many items. We found out that the room had previously been a long term rental and was taken out of inventory because of problems and the smell. The air magnet they had in the room didn't work AT ALL. Our stay was so uncomfortable.

The hotel was relatively clean but the bathroom, especially the tub needs cleaned better or remodeled.

Terrible front desk customer service from the beginning with check in. I had been trying to cancel the last night of our stay for 4 days (within the cancellation timeframe) and they would not answer phone calls from me or *******. ******* finally did get a hold of them and they refused to cancel the night. Front desk staff was very rude, said that they always answered the phone when I said my calls had gone unanswered. That they would not cancel the night and I needed to contact ******* and kept repeating this even though I said I had contacted them. Never an apology for the inconvenience or any offer or attempt to help. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Our team had reservations and no rooms were clean. Half of our team was turned away. Our room was dirty. Nobody at the front desk for check out.

Do not reserve a room at this place. Reserved through *******. Got there and the reservation had been unilaterally canceled by the hotel. Tried to call the next morning and no one would answer the phone at the front desk. It really doesn't get much worse than that.

I saw the reviews which is why I choose this hotel....someone isn't giving correct reviews. This hotel is disgusting,,the rooms smell disgusting, their old and outdated.

I went to check into my hotel room Friday night around 2 am with my room prebooked, nobody was there to check me in. I stayed in the lobby until 4am before i had to resort to sleeping in my car in 25 degree weather. I went back in at 5:30am and still nobody in the lobby to check me in, finally when i went back in at 7:30 someone was there who stated they didn’t have a room for me and didn’t really seem to care that i had to sleep in my car. So i had to resort to showering at a local gym, purchase towels, wash clothes and hygiene products. During that day i got an email my trip had been cancelled and i no longer had a room for the remaining 2 nights of my stay. When i called they said i did still have a room and could check in whenever i was ready. Upon check in i informed the manager of my position the night prior who also don’t seem to care and gave us a room with dirty sheets and no heat. We got new sheets to the room but heat was never resolved. To say this is the worst expirence i have ever had in a hotel that would be an understatement. Also no refund has been given for my troubles.

Room was not clean from the previous guest before we arrived. Pull out couch had covers left from previous guest and cereal crumbs all over the bed. The king bead had hair on top and under the covers. I spoke with the manger who was very helpful and apologetic. She told me she would have the room cleaned for while my family and I were out. When we arrived back to the room house keep only took the covers off the pull out as cereal crumbs were still on the mattress. This let me know that the room was not properly cleaned for the second time.
