除了床太軟以外，其他的都很好～ 停車： 開了十幾年的家庭式旅館，門口就有很多停車位 房間大小： 房間大小還可以 房間設施： 就是床太太太軟了，其他的還是不錯的的。當然咖啡機有點臟。 早餐：早餐六點鐘就有了，在這偏僻小山村還是不多見的。品種還挺多的。 健身房：健身房是24小時的，這點對於時差的我來説真是太友好了。 性價比： 整體性價比非常可～

This was a lovely hotel. The smell when we walked into the room was clean and fresh. It has a modern look which was beautiful. I loved the stand up shower with the sliding doors except it backed up and almost over flowed. We reported it the first night but it wasn't fixed during our 3 night stay so that is why I gave 4 stars on property. The bedding was soft and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was your typical free breakfast. I enjoyed the pastries they had available. We would definitely stay here again.

The moment that we walked in everyone was so nice and welcoming. The restaurant next to the hotel it was amazing! The hotel makes you feel like home.

There was a suite available but the clerk would/could not upgrade us. We even offered to pay the difference and no luck. This is our second time here and told the same thing, for a 1 night stay it is not possible. Not sure why they have a VIP designation. They could not do it as he needed a manager to do the upgrade and there was not one on staff at the time and the system would not allow it.

The staff was great and very friendly. The area surrounding the property was nice with plenty of dining options close by. The only down side was that the rooms are pretty noisy. You can hear every step from the floor above and everyones conversations while walking down the hall. Other than that the stay was very pleasant and would definitely stay here again.

Quinn at the front desk was wonderful and welcoming. The place was spotless, totally quiet, and the wonderful onsite restaurant was phenomenal (get the bacon!!). Loved the modern farmhouse - industrial style blend in the decor, and the homey touches throughout. The king suite we stayed in was beautifully remodeled. The air unit is loud, but that was probably the least of our concerns. We sent a package to our hotel in advance, and the front desk kindly received it on our behalf. This hotel has spoiled me now - why am I paying more for large chains that do the minimal only when I can get all the attentiveness and extra care and value from a boutique outfit?! Stay here if you're in the Syracuse area - easy to access, yet with no traffic noise.

Comfortable and cozy with a lodge type feel. Great service and location! Will stay there again!
