Heritage Resort Coorg

Very well maintained resort and wonderful supportive staff. In the intense rainy season as well they made sure room service was on point and did not delay any of our requests. The rooms and clean and give you a heritage like feeling. If you want to fully enjoy this resort try and go in non moon soon months to enjoy the view and greenery all throughout.

The Heritage Resort was a very good place to stay given their amazing staff, food and great location. We went for a three day trip. They are always looking out to accommodate our requests to the maximum extent possible. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious and there were decent snack options as well. We had a special request for room decoration and candle light dinner. The arrangement was done so well that we will cherish those moments forever. Special Thanks to Mr. Sandesh (Waiter) for supporting us throughout the candle light dinner. Another special thanks to Ms. Rita (Reception Staff) for good hospitality and arrangements of room decoration. Overall they had very friendly and polite staffs. Enjoyed our trip in Heritage Resort and looking forward to visit again in the future

We visited Coorg in the rainy season and the choice of our resort was Heritage. From the moment we arrived they took care of the families and kids enjoyed a lot. Despite heavy rains, their staff had been cooperative and provided us with umbrellas. Cottages are very nice and comfortable. Only thing is food was good but could have been better. We had a pleasant experience overall and liked the way they kept fresh towels at swimming pool. Very good resort! Nivas.

We've stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and I must say that monsoons are the best to stay here. Those drizzling rains and howling wind made our vacation awesome. The expert staff cater to all our needs. Surely recommend this Heritage to all the pluviophiles out there.

Dans un beau jardin bungalows assez agréables, chambre plutôt jolie, salle de bain très sombre et ***que étagères suffisantes pour les produits de toilette. Les bungalows sont loin de la salle de restaurant et il faut grimper pas mal pour y accéder, cela dit, la vue est agréable . Qualité de la cuisine moyenne. Service un peu rustique, les jeunes du village sont gentils mais pas formés, ils ne pensent pas à nettoyer les tables et autres détails de ce genre. L'accueil à l'arrivée est assez peu aimable, le réglement de l'hôtel est débité à toute allure comme une leçon apprise, c'est l'usine! cet hôtel a un potentiel et pourrait être agréable s'il était un peu rafraîchi et si le service était un peu plus professionnel.

Nice property good and clean rooms with all accessories. No wifi but mob connectivity was there being in interior. Service was good, breakfast average preparation of egg items too oily. The most concerning was no norms of hygiene being followed at pool and no one to check. Guests were entering pool with t-shirt, shirts and normal shorts without taking shower before entering the pool. Lastly there is no shed /room/ small place for drivers who accompany the guest particularly when leopards are seen around parking area. Rest we had a good stay.

The place was awesome the view and the stay experience was brilliant. The food cost is at the higher side. The hospitality and the staff was really helpful

Nice place with a great view! Rooms were clean and the food was good. Kids enjoyed the Pool area and the meditation zone.The play area is also maintained well

A beautiful resort nestled in the woods. A blend of traditional hospitality and modern amenities. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Good place to get away from city life and recharge your batteries. Only downside - taxi rates are very high.
