Awesome little town and best hotel in the area I can find! Very comfortable and helpful staff! Shame I didn’t have time to try their Turkish bath room! Breakfast was a spread! And easily walkable downhill and back up (about 2 miles) to the beach restaurants of São Vicente

Przyjemny hotel z basenem, balkonem i parkingiem w Sao Vicente. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania północnej części wyspy. Bardzo dobre śniadania słodko - słone, świeże owoce i warzywa. Spokojna i cicha okolica. Szkoda, że nie ma małej lodówki w pokoju.

Stunning place in a beautiful valley surrounded by mountains and close to the ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we also received a welcome drink and enjoyed our walks and surroundings to the fullest 💚💚💚 will be back for longer stay as we unfortunately stayed only for a night.

the hotel area is very neat. The pool is clean. The staff at the reception are polite and friendly. The rooms are neat, small. We got a garden room, but it didn't feel like a garden. It was just a lawn and a view of a green fence. The bathroom is tidy, towels are changed upon request. The hotel is very quiet, beautiful views of the sea and mountains can be seen from the windows. There was no microwave or kettle in the room. The breakfast is delicious, a small but filling selection. VERY SMALL SELECTION OF FOOD IN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT. JUST PASTA AND SALAD. So those who want to have dinner will have to travel closer to the sea to cafes.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with gorgeous views. Definitely recommend the hotel and the location if Sao Vicente.

The location is great and the staff were friendly. The room was pretty nice and the view from the hotel was great. Plenty of parking available in their parking lot but could also park on the street if it was full. Would definitely visit again.

Amazing staff! Good facilities and pool! Only minus is cleniness. Trouble with our sink, asked three times, noone came and fixed it. The showercurtains had bad smell.

This establishment became a fascinating mystery to us. How can you do so poorly with so much promise ? After a cold greeting from the male receptionist, the huge potential of this place is tarnished right away by the amount of « temporarily » closed facilities, from the restaurant to the spa. Yet, if you’d still want to try the « sauna » it’ll cost 5€/20minutes/person to sit in a dark room with a broken door. Worth it, trust me. Though spacious and clean, the rooms are extremely noisy due to the slamming door concert that takes place all over the hotel in the morning from 7am and in the evening until 2am. Not to mention the electric cables hanging from the bathroom wall. Breakfast : not great, not terrible. Hence, by far the highest deception during our 2 weeks in Madeira, wouldn’t recommend at all.
