벨몬트 하우스 비어 - 어른 전용(Belmont House Beer - Adults Only - Free Parking)

We stayed at Belmont House for a family get together. Our Mum was renting the lovely ground floor 1 bed apar**ent and we rented a room upstairs as did some other family members. It was great that we could all be together as the apar**ent had a welcoming sitting room and dining room which was big enough for us all. Great location just a short walk to the beach and pubs and free parking too. Recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights in the downstairs apar**ent. The size is great, lounge with tv, large sofa; dining room (which we didn’t use), en-suite bedroom (small bathroom with shower and sink in the bedroom), and big kitchen with plenty of facilities (microwave, aga oven, dishwasher) and utensils. Also included were tea/coffee facilities, cleaning products, small toiletries, travel ironing board and iron and hairdryer. House was clean and tidy. The house is opposite the public car park which is very handy for moving luggage) and the Dolphin pub. It’s a short walk to the town and 5 minutes to the beach. Julie was very helpful and had good communication with us as we booked last minute; the envelope with the key and parking permit (free) were waiting for us when we arrived. There are guest rooms above, but we had no issues with noise. Would stay again.

We only stayed on night, the room was clean and comfortable with some lovely little extras. A short walk to the town & beach it was perfect for a night away. With the added bonus of not having to pay for parking.

Happy with everything offered from check in to check out, made perfect by the glorious weather. A room only stay in an excellent location. Car parking in close by council car park, permit provided. Plenty of places to eat and excellent cafes on beach that open early for breakfast. There is a bit of noise from gulls/crows first thing but then it is seaside ! Lovely countryside as well. Earplugs provided if you aren't a nature lover or very light sleeper. Had a great weekend.

The four star rating for this property is highly deceptive. There are basically no amenities on the site except for a 10 s.f. lobby. There is no lift, just steep stairs. The reference to beach bar and terrace is very misleading. The photos suggest immediate proximity to the beach but the property abuts roads and a car park and has no view of anything to speak of. The bathroom is tiny and uncomfortable. No Kleenex are provided.

Belmont House is a bit of a gem. In the very heart of the delightful South Devon coastal town of Beer. It is literally a two minute walk to the centre of the village where a good delicatessen, wet fish shop and good pubs can be found. A five minute walk and you are on the beach. There are two very good art galleries for the art lovers. We stayed in the appar**ent which was very comfortable indeed, the kitchen particularly so. Great for preparing your fresh fish dinner.The free parking directly opposite was a real bonus, no need to worry about the car. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Beer and would thoroughly recommend Belmont House.

Excellent accommodation in a good position run by helpful people.

Apparently I was in the smallest room, but it was very cosy and it had everything I needed👍
