The rooms are cozy but not cramped. They're actually spacious and well maintained. The woody shower gel and lotion are a perfect provision and you can request for supplies that you might have forgotten. Staff are also very courteous and helpful.

Perfect accommodation, really friendly staff and availability of facilities like the gym. Very secure and safe, offering nice view of Lusaka if you stay in the upper floors. Located near the mall in case you like shopping. Overall, it was a good stay...

Hilton Garden Inn Lusaka was excellent. Good service, nice room, goof food and above all, very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend. Location in the middle of the city centre. Easy access with the hotel shuttle arranged via chat with the front-desk

Really great hotel in the heart of Lusaka, comfortable rooms with views of the city. A small but relaxing swimming pool and outdoor area. Very well stocked bar and restaurant with amazing food. And excellent waiters and bar staff. It was a great stay, would recommend to anyone staying in Lusaka. Just be careful of the area, it's easy to get a taxi and relatively safe but I wouldn't recommend tourists walk around the area without a local guide or some knowledge of the streets. We were often bothered by some vendors or other people whistling or shouting at us.

Really a near hotel with excellent view of lusaka central town and surrounding areas- small yet very functional gym- the bar was excellent with the south African zambian experienced bar man making very tasteful cocktails

This is a quite new hotel and the rooms are very modern, comfortable and nice. I had organized pickup from the airport, which was arranged perfectly. Restaurant is nice and I had both breakfast and dinner there. All the staff is really friendly and helpful and they made my stay really enjoyable. Shame I only stayed there for two nights. I will definitely book this hotel again, next time I come to Lusaka.

Great location, near the market and shopping. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The temperature of the pool was somewhat cold as it's not heated.

We made a very late reservation that was treated as though it was done in good time. The staff was ready to welcome us as late as we were and made our stay very comfortable and memorable. It felt like being home in the centre of Lusaka City. The rooms were comfortable, we had delicious food and very helpful staff.

I was in room 1802 .. the hotel is very clean and food was great very well made meal and not salty ..and the breakfast is great ..a great range of different meal .. ..I had to ask to see the chef … Miss Eness was the lady that clean my room. I never see a room clean that well..the bed was very well made .. Mrs.Josephine was a great help to us ..help me in all my questions I had ..sent me to the best mall and got me a local taxi so that I will not be over price .. help to get a makeup artist for my girlfriend it was her birthday and recommended me a good restaurant to take her that night ..just for a different scenery …but every worker in the airport is friendly and very helpful… I recommend this hotel ..if you don’t need to go out ..you don’t have to ..they have a small mall downstairs and supermarket..it’s for everyone plus the local .. swimming pool ..apple computer to used at the lobby ..washing machines and dryer is free just need to buy detergent… in Lusaka Zambia…

From check in to check out the friendly staff were so welcoming and made us feel at home. The room was really nice and had all necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable. The food was 10/10 and the food service was really fast a big thanks to Nesikwana, Sarah, Bridget Zandile , Chef osward chef Maxwell and chef fridah

The property was clean. The staff were nice. At check in, I was not aware of the breakfast time and/or cost. The AC was not working in the common areas. One of the elevators was broken.

I’m sad to say that my stay at Hilton Lusaka was quite disappointing. It’s disheartening to see the Hilton brand fall short. We arrived at the hotel late and exhausted, only to find that the room’s air conditioning was not working. We reported the issue multiple times, even going down to the reception desk. Despite a technician coming up, they couldn’t resolve the problem, and we had to wait while tired. After pressing the matter, we were finally moved to a different room, but the elevator got stuck in the process. The new room was of lower quality, and we had to request towels once again. We appreciate the complimentary snacks the manager sent as an apology, but overall, the service left much to be desired.
