It was the worst experience as i had ever As im a hotelier and i know about 5stars hotel standard, it was not even 3 stars Check in was so bad , the guy who did check in, he didnt even bother himself to explain what they have at the hotel as the restaurant, pool ... I asked him and he answered me with wrong information of timing The room was not clean and on the furniture was full of hair Breakfast was very bad and poor quality I asked about late check out , tha lady from FO reacted so bad , she just said only till 1pm is free , after that is chargable I didnt ask about money, i just asked about the time and i wanted to know if they can be more flexible or no These kind of atteatude is not for 5stars hotel , if they dont know how to behave with the guest, pls train them . If the guest is paying to you, should not leave sad By the way being a hotelier means make sure the guest will leave happy and will be back to you again I will never be back again and i will not suggust to anyone to come there .
