블루노즈 로지(Bluenose Lodge)

The entire meal was EXCELLENT from beginning to end. The service was impeccable . Our favorite restaurant in Lunenburg. As my husband would say "Our Place ". The atmosphere was very relaxing and the wine pared with the meal was delicious. We have been here several times and have NEVER had a bad experience . Thank you to the entire staff. I absolutely loved this boutique lodge in a historic home in beautiful Lunenburg. My room was beautifully appointed with every attention to detail. I slept so well in the amazing bed. Caleb who checked me in was so nice and helpful. He assisted with luggage and told me about a nice walking trail across the street from the lodge that was a scenic way to walk to downtown. Also about the spectacular views of Lunenburg that you can see from the golf course across the harbor. I stopped there on the way out of town. The lodge has a beautiful large dining room with windows all around. I had a delicious breakfast there included with my room. I did not have chance to have dinner there as I only stayed one night but would definitely do so again if I am ever so fortunate to be able to go back to Nova Scotia. Next time I would definitely stay two nights to further enjoy the relaxation and beauty of Lunenburg and the Bluenose Lodge.

We had a lovely stay at the Inn! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! The staff was so friendly and did everything to ensure that our experience was pleasant ! Mark greeted us upon arrival with a smile and answered all our questions, not rushing us , while politely telling other guests he would just be a moment , while he brought us to our gorgeous room! It was very clean, bed was super comfortable ! The town is just a short walk away with several quaint shops, restaurants and bars . The breakfast was included and was absolutely delicious ! Waitress was so sweet ! Highly recommend! We hope to be back in the future!

Comfortable bed very nice room. Fabulous breakfast wonderfully decorated throughout. We were greeted by the fabulous Joelle who was as professional and pleasant could be. Location is perfect and it’s a 10 minute walk to shops and the harbor. We also had dinner in the dining room at an extra cost but well worth it. They have a wonderful chef on site. We will be back on our next trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated inn. Within walking distance of Main Street Lunnenburg . The room was comfortable, king size bed, exceptionally clean. Innkeeper Mark was such a gracious host, available, and extremely attentive to our requests. We enjoyed the chicken schnitzel, smoked salmon, and wonderful lemon cloud cake. Two chefs hail from Austria and Germany. The kitchen definitely met our culinary needs.

We loved everything about this place. Stayed for 2 nights. Very clean, nice staff who genuinely care about your wellbeing. I really liked that it’s not in the center of town which got a little noisy at night. Very quiet here. Easy walk to town and other restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and served to you, not a buffet like some places. I highly recommend.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Nose Lodge! Location is perfect, the food was exceptional and the attention to detail in the renovation of this historic property was stunning! The friendly staff ensured a top notch customer experience. I highly recommend booking this property!!!

super friendly, the gentleman the checked me in was so friendly , help with out luggage even though i am a stubborn old man with a broken ankle that thinks i don't need help , lol . showed us to the room and explained everything, and that out breakfast was included , which was nice and i was not aware of that when i booked. breakfast was very nice also. old building with so much character and charm, room was clean and well presented , it is just a short walk from down town Lunenburg , just a cross the corner from the knot pub which was very nice also. with out a doubt i would stay here again, the next time i will have to try there prime rib dinner looks delicious

Beautifully Updated Decor, an inventive upscale menu, attentive staff, crafted cocktails, everything you could possibly need and more. Open everyday for breakfast and supper so come anytime any day. We recommend the patio.
