스위스 가든 비치 리조트의 모든 직원에게, 우리는이 가족의 날 행사를 더욱 성공적으로 만들어 주신 모든 여러분, 특히 Ms.Sunitha에게 감사하고 싶습니다. 그녀는 친절하고 친절한 사람입니다. 그녀가 가장 빠른 방법으로 대답한 모든 메시지는 그녀와 대화하기가 매우 편리하도록 만들었습니다. 뷔페 관리에 관해서는 요청에 따라 테이블 배치를 준비하는 모든 준비, 신선한 해산물, Gayam의 모든 요리사와 직원은 훌륭한 사람들이었으며 미소를 지으며 우리를 섬기는 데 실패한 적이 없었습니다. 특히 Amir yusof 씨. 객실 체크인, Sunitha 씨와 Vikneswaran 씨가 만든 따뜻한 환영 접근 방식에 대해 대단히 감사합니다. Sunitha 씨는 리조트의 정해진 시간보다 훨씬 일찍 체크인 할 수있는 기회를 제공했습니다. 전반적으로 우리는 모든 직원과 서비스에 놀랐습니다. 여기에 감사 할 사람을 남겨 두면 정말 죄송합니다. 나는 당신없이 Sunitha 씨에게 매우 감사하고 있습니다. 개인적으로이 행사가 성공하지 못할 것이라고 생각합니다.

A beautiful hotel with lovely view, in dire need for a refurbishment. Double room on second floor was spacious & had a lovely sea & pool view. Beach was clean with soothing sea waves & calm sea. Bathroom sink needed to be unclogged upon check-in. Toilet flush has to be held down until all waste has been ”sucked” in. No toiletries holder in shower area besides the built-in space for bar soap. Pretty inconvenient as there was no space to place face wash, shampoo bottle, bath gel bottle. Shower screen is old and unsightly. Aircond is noisy. Cabinet door covering mini refrigerator squeaks upon opening and closing. Instant coffee sachet provided did not taste like coffee. Hotel is very near to 7-11, Speedmart99, many dry seafood produce retail shops, jetty & few eateries. Laundry bag & bedroom slippers provided. No hair dryer & iron in room. Need to request. Had very good Americano coffee, doughnut & nasi lemak at 989 Cafe near the jetty. Warm hospitality & cosy cafe. Definitely worth a second visit, if hotel is refurbished.
