엘 엔쿠엔트로 엔 차크라 드 코리아(Posada Boutique El Encuentro Chacras de Coria)

I stayed here for a few days in January, and it was absolutely wonderful. I came for break in a busy schedule in Buenos Aires, and I loved everything about the experience. Mariana and her partner were attentive, generous with recommendations and help navigating the region, and just lovely to be around. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood that I walked around for hours, but there are good restaurants around the corner and you have everything you need within a short, lovely stroll. The pool was divine, flanked by fruit trees and very serene. There’s a warmth and kindness that pervades the atmosphere here, and I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood that still has a few excellent restaurants and coffee spots in walking distance. The rooms were spot on and clean and the hotel staff made us feel very welcome. Can only recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in one of the top floor apartments in the new building. Just outside our door was a plum tree full of fruit ripe for the picking. We arrived around 10 a.m. and we were allowed to check-in early and have breakfast. As it was a warm day, I took a dip in the pool before our sunset horseback excursion. The apartment was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and sleep quality was excellent due to quiet residential location. Walking distance to restaurants. Most importantly, service was impeccable. The front desk was always helpful with suggestions and arranging our transfers. We did not plan our triple in advance and did not have any reservations for wineries. They made suggestions and helped book reservations. Overall a good experience.

We had an amazing 3 night stay at this bucolic property. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast spread, and perfect romantic room with patio. Coming from California, this property reminded us of Santa Barbara Spanish architecture. This is an ideal stay for a Mendoza wine tasting trip. The wine tours will pick you up at this property. There is a locked gate and buzzer to get in. The staff are courteous and very familiar in working with wine tours. You will also find a pool and lounge area, however, as we were coming into the Fall season the pool is not heated. While we did not have time to indulge, we did see that a spa services are also available at this property. Really cool wine cellar near the lobby you’ve got to check out, chock full of Malbec wines. Walking distance to several restaurants and panderias. Our favorite was La Gloria (both the formal restaurant and the more casual one across the street). So pack your bags, bring your honey, and enjoy this lovely property. You will not be disappointed.

What a special find! We loved every part of our stay. The owners and all of their staff are extremely helpful and engaging. They helped with reservations and suggestions- went beyond our expectations. Very affordable place. Within walking distance of many places to eat. The neighborhood is very warm and beautiful. Felt safe the entire time. Would Definitely stay here again!

We needed a place near Mendoza at the last minute. El Encuentro popped up with excellent reviews, warranted as we discovered on arrival. The location on a residential street was quiet but only a few blocks from the commercial area of Chacras de Coria. Our rooms were upgraded so I can’t comment on what we reserved. The price was very reasonable. The rooms were large and spotless. There is secure parking for a few cars. The pool is small, in a pleasant courtyard. Breakfast was good but not spectacular

This is a special place! From the moment we made an enquiry to this hotel we knew we would like it. Deborah is probably the most helpful person we have encountered on any trip we’ve been on. She went out of her way to ensure our visit, albeit only one night, was an enjoyable one. Our our room was beautifully positioned in the garden with a quiet terrace draped in vines. Everything was in easy reach of the hotel, from vineyards to restaurants and cafes. And then to top off the personal touch, Mauricio kindly dropped us to our next destination, which typified our experience. We would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Mendoza and looking for a uniquely friendly and efficient location.

Even we stayed only one night, we enjoyed the atmosphere and very much liked the location of the hotel. In my opinion, a special property of the hotel is having kept the originality of an ancient winery and giving this scent and taste. Owners were very kind, helpful and supportive for all matters, even they have been serving us like a conciérge at some point. This goodwill, sympathy, empathy and approach makes this lovely place more attractive. I would recommend it and even intend to visit it during vintage time especially. In winter, it would be better that you ask for pre-heating the room during booking.
