I booked the property through ******* and paid a non-refundable room charges on 1st Aug 2022. When I arrived at the hotel to check-in, they told me we have received no voucher from *******. The front office staff said, we have removed our listing on ******* and not sure why it's still appearing there and allowing people to book our rooms.
I WANT MY NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES BACK. WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS MESS I DON'T CARE. JUST REFUND THE ROOM CHARGES WHICH I PAID.
