Friendly staff and decent breakfast love the hot tub

The pool and workout area are closed which wasn’t explained to us on booking. I have 3 kids and we only stay where they can swim usually. Stains on bedding and couch, and smoke smell filled the halls. My niece and nephew found a bed bug in their room;( Will never book here again.

Web site said pool. Wasn't informed prior to check-in that the pool and hot tub were down and no compensation was offered for the lack of promised facilities

Great room with great amenities at a great price! Everything was good and clean too. We had a very noisy neighbor and called the desk about how loud his TV was after dealing with it for hours and they went and asked him to turn it down at midnight. He did a little bit but I’m thankful they addressed it. I would stay here again! Breakfast was good too! No complaints at all and also a great location! Right by everything.

Stay was nice. The only bad part was our thermostat quick working late at night. But the front desk was happy to give us an extra room. Breakfast was decent.

People partying until after.midnnight. Lots of dirt tracked thru hallways and elevator.

Front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Excllent staff and very nice. Location of the hotel perfect if shopping and dining is important to you. Spacious rooms. The staff needs to adopt a pursuit for cleanliness. Trash stays on the floor, microwave had same spilled food for four days. Room was just ok. Forget about the pool. Super small and didn't look clean. Spa has a ton of foam and looks dirty. With how small the spa is, they should change water frequently. Same breakfast everyday. Sausage gets old. If i went back, it would be because the people are nice.

Overall, good. Service was great and the staff very nice. The traffic was a bit loud—it’s close to the highway, so thankful for the HVAC fan. Overall, the beds were comfortable but pillows were squishy. Would be nice to have non-feather options. The room was great for the most part, but the shower had the previous guest’s long black hair on the walls. Ick…please rinse! A good value for the price, in spite of my small complaints.
