라마다 바이 윈덤 로우트라키 포세이돈 리조트(Ramada by Wyndham Loutraki Poseidon Resort)

This was our second visit here (before this we came here on August 2019). I would like to divide my review in different topics: Amenities- very good! We had sea view in room 116-excellent. Huge room that consists of two rooms, 2 separate baths, room cleaning and towel changing every day. Air conditioner works properly. Food- not bad but no so much variety- we had only breakfast included- for other meals we had to pay 27 eur per person + separately wine. The choice of food was not the value for money. Biggest disappointment was reception and checking in and checking out. I made reservation with ***********. Before coming, I got charged for the first night 160 eur. When we arrived the manager at the reception proposed that we pay full charge of the week and those 160 eur stays as a “deposit”- we agreed but later on we realised it was a mistake. Upon checking out we had to prove that we have this deposit!!! Yes, during the week we are and drink at bars and restaurants but who can prove how much we really spent.,. Very unpleasant situation from staff:( Otherwise- location is perfect, beds are wonderful for great sleep!

A few months ago my family and I visited your remarcable resort . The receptionists were so helpful and kind. As soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the staff. They immediately offered as a cold beverage to take a moment after our long trip as they were checking us in. They showed us to our rooms and helped us with our luggage.Our rooms were ready when we arrived so we did not have to wait. They were really clean and neat. The beds were so comfortable and we had a really good sleep. We had the chance to relax and a break from reality. The food was exquisite. We had a really nice cocktail at the Anemos seaside bar. The amenities are great. The pool is really clean and well kept. You get closer to nature and have the opprtunity to do a lot of like swimming in the pool or the beach and after have a meal at the Triaena restaurant where they serve mediterranean food. Our kids had fun at the playground near the pool.Over all our experience was one of a kind. We will never forget our amazing time at your resort and we hope to make it again next year. Congratulations on your hard work and the amazing staff. Thank you for this incredible experience.

My friends and I visted your resort and I have to say I am impressed. Everything was spectacular. The receptionists were so friendly and helpful. The minute we arrived, they welcomed as and checked us in. The food was so extraordinary. The room was outstanding and super clean. The amenities they provide you are given are amazing. When you visit this hotel you won't regret it. You get closer to nature too. The pool was clean and well maintained. I can't say enough about how great this resort is. You have done great work and you have amazing staff. Congratulations.

This has been our second visit to Ramada Loutraki. Within an hour by car from the airport, it's convenient for getting away and into holiday mode, quickly! Set in lovely grounds, in a beautiful coastal location, with views across the bay of Corinth. There are good amenities in the town of Loutraki and beyond for trips out and about. The staff are friendly, amenable and professional; special mention must go to the F&B teams, especially barman George who was lovely and remembered us from our previous stay! Due to commitments we have only been able to visit in low season, but this has worked well. The weather in October is warm, enough to swim in the pool and sea and the resort is quiet with only small numbers of guests. However, we have found the accommodation not to the same standards. On our first visit we needed to ask to move rooms twice as there were issues with overlooking industrial elements of the facilities or due to broken fittings. We were optimistic that we wouldn't have the same issues on our second visit, but unfortunately this was not to be. On this occasion, we were given a suite, which was roomy, but there was a strong smell of moth balls, the curtains didn't work/fit properly and not black-out, and the toilet seat was broken, with badly damaged laminate and mdf poking through making it unhygienic. Being too tired from our travels and late arrival to ask to be moved we 'just got on with it', but it left us disappointed as we really love the place.

The location is great. Right on the sea, it’s absolutely gorgeous. The cleanliness of the hotel could be better. There were also several bugs in the rooms and the air conditioning didn’t work.

We were invited to stay at this resort as part of a conference group. I knew nothing about it and was very happy with our stay. First, it’s a stunning spot. A truly beautiful location with picturesque views sheltered on one side by mountains and extraordinarily quiet. We had no idea that there were about 250 people staying at the resort, the rooms, suites and bungalows are so cleverly laid out. We were a family group of four. Our children really enjoyed the beach, pool and other amenities. Gastronomy ranged from a generous buffet of honest comfort food to much more adult fare in the various restaurants. F&B prices were very reasonable and quantity was consistent and good. Service was also good particularly in the pool area. A really pretty property, 1960s style architecture is a plus for me as it offers do much space. Really good value given what you receive. Some rooms are a little dated bit cleanliness and maintenance are of a high standard and we would be very happy to return

We have just returned and are very pleased. It is definitely not 5 stars in terms of luxury, but as a family with two small children, nothing bothered us, quite the opposite. The location is great, there is a lot of greenery and everything is beautiful. We got a bungalow right above the restaurant, which means nearn the pools and sea, although there were a lot of families with small children who got rooms further up the hill, but no one said it bothered them. Everything is adapted to the disabled so naturally its easy access for baby strollers as well. The rooms are cleaned every day and they changed our towels every day. They changed our bedding 2 times in 10 days (it is enough to leave their paper on which it is written that it is necessary to change the bedding). The food is delicious and beautifully prepared. There arnt many choices like, say, in Turkey, in big hotels, but everything they serve is delicious and there is something for everyone. They even specially prepared food for our daughter who had stomach problems. The staff is very kind, they met our every request. Internet works perfectly in the rooms, while there are parts of the resort where the signal is lost, but it works around the pool and its surroundings. Considering that we were there in the first half of September, there was no crowd, the sunbeds were always free. Towels for the beach can be obtained at the reception with a deposit of 10 euros per towel. You can change them every day and at the end they will return your deposit. There are several smaller beaches, with small pebbles, the sea is clean and warm. The town of Lutraki is 5 minutes away by taxi and it costs 9eur in one direction.

We had an excellent three-day stay. The staff was very polite, and the hotel's location was incredible. The food at the buffet was very good and had a wide variety of choices. Also, the girls at the spa were very courteous, and we truly enjoyed it. Thank you, and we will see you again.

High class hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom good and practical. The balcony was big and with nice view. The beaches was with small and big stones but very well arranged. The beach bars were very good with helpful staff. Food was first class and delicious. I would recommend it for families with children.
