Great staff, great location. Highly recommend if you are coming to lourdes and looking for a hostel I stayed as part of the Camino. Actually; it was the beginning for me, so I was very nervous. My French isn’t very good. But I slept well and the staff put my mind at ease

Excellent hotel!! The St. Rose is beautifully decorated. My room was stunning, very modern and comfortable with a great balcony. Extremely quiet given that the Sanctuary is only a 3-minute walk and perfectly situated to locate amenities (bus stop, shops, cafes, restaurants). The staff are just wonderful, they really couldn't do enough to make my stay as comfortable as possible. A special thank you to Valarie for the warm welcome...Such a delight!! I have stayed in many of the hotels in Lourdes when I worked there as a Tour Representative so I would highly recommend the St. Rose for comfort, value for money and a warm welcome. I will certainly be booking into the beautiful St. Rose again on my next visit. Thank you to all the staff who made me feel at home!!

the hotel is located in an excellent location (very close to the grotto), has friendly staff, and clean + bright room. The room is quite spacious and fully renovated as well. I enjoyed the stay at this hotel and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the region.

i travelled with a group of mixed ages ,adults and young people. From beginning to end the staff at the Sainte Rose could not do enough for us. The hotel is large and spacious, the food in the restaurant is tasty, varied and plentiful. The rooms are calmy decorated, comfortable and spotless. The proximity to the grotto is also a major plus. I would highly recommend staying at the Sainte Rose.

The room was beautiful and very spacious. The room was cleaned daily and fresh linen provided. The food is a buffet and is very varied so your sure to find something you like. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I have a wonderful stay, my room can view the gate of the sanctuary. It's clean the only issue is the noisy floor when walking that i can hear even the upper floor too. Closed to restaurant esp the Filipino restaurant. Thank you to the reception staff the guy who helped me what to do when my passport was stolen and even helped me to communicate with the police. Thank you to the young girl in the reception too for being helpful and able to speak english with me... i will stay here again.

Staff were awesome and accommodating from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping! Breakfast was good! Good experience over all! Very close to the Sanctuary…5 minute walk using the lift.

Friendly accommodating staff from front desk to housekeeping. Restaurant staff were great! Breakfast was good and filling. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The Sanctuary is only a 5 minute walk and easily accessible. Lots of restaurants in the area. We had a good 4 night stay.

Everything was superb!! The room, cleanliness, friendly staff, quality of the food, reception! I highly recommend Hotel Sainte Rose. Excellent location to the Lourdes Sanctuary. Great value for the experience!
