카사 루랄 엘 파티오 데 티타(Finca El Patio)

We just returned from 4 nights at “El Patio de Tita”. Very pleased with our stay and have both agreed we would stay again. The setting is the best feature. As soon as you enter the gate you are welcomed by beautiful landscaping and plants along the drive. Even the parking space is picturesque! (With good automatic lighting for evenings). It was too cold for us to use the pool but it was pleasant to sit in that area. Beach towels provided in apartment. We loved the hens roaming around too. We had the large apartment on the first floor which was very spacious and had a stunning view over the banana plantation below. The apartment was comfortable and had enough kitchen supplies for us to cook a few basic meals. The staff do an excellent job of cleaning. I thought the furniture and decoration was charming. Loved the tiles and mirrors. It felt like a very quiet and nostalgic holiday spot where you could really shut off. You’re removed from the hustle and bustle of town, but in reality only a ten minute drive away. There’s also a Lidl 7 min drive away which is convenient. Our critiques are (1) no iron in the apartment, so had to rewear some of our unwrinkled holiday clothing, (2) no vegan breakfast option which is disappointing as their breakfast trays look divine, (3) mould in the shower, which isn’t surprising as it’s an interior room with no ventilation (though otherwise the bathroom was very clean), and (4) could hear noise from adjoining apartment; although they thankfully weren’t a noisy party, we could hear their conversations and television clearly - a draught excluder at the adjoining door might be helpful to reduce this. The staff were friendly and helpful. Surprised to see so many poor reviews on here. Our experience was much more positive. We also felt it was excellent value. Would recommend this place.

Really nice place in nice location. Not far from everywhere. Owner Carmen was abiable on whats app. So was really good. Breakfast was easy but taste. Room was clean with nice decor. Pool and garden was also really nice. Dont understand bad reviews.

Prachtig en rustig gelegen op een bananenplantage, kippen lopen vrij rond. Heerlijk zwembad. De woningen zelf zijn toe aan een opknapbeurt, zeker de badkamer! Deze is echt niet fris om te zien. Ook de schoonmaak van het appartement kan beter. In hoeken en gaten moet je niet kijken. Bedden zijn smal en te zacht. Mooi verzorgd ontbijt , alleen als je er een week verblijft mag het wel ietsje afwisselender. In de keuken vind je alleen het hoognodige, een normaal koffiezetapparaat is er bijvoorbeeld niet. Wat info over de gang van zaken op de finca zou ook handig zijn, zelf om schone handdoeken gevraagd.

Para disfrutar y desconectar, un acierto. Las habitaciones cada una tiene su encanto y te sientes como en tu propia casa en cuanto a comodidad y tener a mano todo lo que necesitas. El entorno exterior no tiene precio, la vegetación y el paisaje te enamora, está cuidado al detalle. El trato del personal y tomarte el desayuno en un lugar así es increíble.

Un lugar para desconectar y están en contacto con la naturaleza, la verdad que nos llevamos un buen recuerdo y lo recomiendo al 💯.
