로얄 데캐머런 살리니타스 - 올 인클루시브(Royal Decameron Salinitas - All Inclusive)

It was horrible since the moment we arrived, I booked this place for two kids two adults and when we got there they only had two adults but my confirmation clearly confirmed two kids two adults. The food was basic nothing fancy, the food courts were not very cleaned. The tables were always dirty not to mention the floors. They only leave two bottle of waters per room when we were 4 of us how is 2 bottles of water enough? Everything was just not really what they make it seem to be, not enough chairs to relax by the pools or beaches not only that but I know they mixed the alcohol with water and that’s why they “serve you unlimited drinks” had 4 cocktails with “tequila” and nothing tasted like literally more water than alcohol plus my stomach hurt because they put water inside the bottles of alcohol…. Another thing you have so sign up to eat…. TO EAT when it’s a buffet for the most part why do you have to sign up to eat ? For every meal. Definitely not ever going again and I definitely don’t recommend staying here there’s better places to stay in El Salvador better resorts!

The views were amazing! They only give you one key for the room- that needs to improve. Food and drinks were okay but food needs somehow improvement in flavor. Only one meal from my 6 meals tasted great. The other ones need it a lot of flavor.

The resort is nice but definitely need to be remodeled. The buffet food was okay and it was not easy to reserve a restaurant bc you have to be up extra early like 6am or 7am to reserve your time for food everyday. I went with my partner and they couldn’t reserve a two seat for us because it was “full” so we ate the same thing the entire stay. The events and ambience is very nice and they make your experience fun. I would recommend for two days thats all if you want a all inclusive in El Salvador.

The property structure is outdated and certain areas not kept up with basic maintenance (paint on buildings and poles). Decor needs to get updated. Staff and food was excellent!

Parking area it was not smooth. The bathroom was not that clean, we were 3 adults, it was only 2 towels

What an incredible place. The food was delicious, the staff is often cleaning. Fully staffed resort. So many activities, no need to leave.

the stuff personnel was not helpful at all starting from the check in then the dinning check in was so unorganized and did not help at all telling us what were our options if there were any over all I am still waiting for a refund of 2 people that did not come to our trip with us .

Check in is a hustle, showers dont have a full door and makes a mess when taking a shower and they dont allow you to eat at the restaurants unless you argue with them. They only want you to eat at the buffet since its way cheaper for the hotel. Out of 3 nights I was only able to dinne at one of the restaurants and only because i demanded it.
