This is my fourth time staying at a three-bedroom residence through the exchange we have via The Registry Collection from our ownership at the Franz Klammer Lodge in Telluride, Colorado. (We deposit one of our weeks at the Franz in the Registry Collection and we can use the points earned to book a stay elsewhere in their network.) I love The Residences at Hacienda Encantada every time we come. We spend our days mainly either enjoying the private pool in our backyard or the beautiful Sky Pool over the Vista Encantada building. I never do the all -inclusive food plan at any resort as we prefer to get our own groceries, eat breakfast and lunch in the unit and then go out to a nice dinner at one of the MANY great restaurants in the Cabo area. It is a perfect vacation. Also of note is that they have a huge, well-equipped workout room up by the Skypool with BEAUTIFUL views. This is a big asset of this resort. We went there every morning and were greeted by Oscar when they opened at 7:00 and it was a favorite part of the day. Another really great plus here is the fantastic service in our unit, provided via the butler and housekeeper assigned to us. This time we had Guillermo as our butler and Yasmin as our housekeeper. They both gave excellent service and were SO helpful. Guillermo made all the taxi reservations we needed each day, arranged for a reservation for some of us to do a baja Razor ride, and anything that went wrong in the unit, he had someone take care of right away. Yasmin kept our unit so clean and was a gift to us! Really, every single staff person we have met there has been SO friendly and helpful. If you haven’t stayed here, we highly recommend it and will certainly be back.

We have stayed at this resort multiple times and the high quality of service and attention we got from our butler Daniel was incredible, friendly and super thoughtful! He went above and beyond for us. Even on his day off he still made sure we were all set and nothing was missed. Marco did an amazing job for filling in for Daniel when needed. Shout out to Alejandra for keeping our villa clean and spotless. Over all this trip is to remember and we'll be coming back and requesting Daniel as our butler again. Would recommend to family and friends 100%

We have been visiting HE since 2011. We stayed in the 4 bedroom Residence with family and friends for our daughters wedding November 5-12 and Guillermo was our butler. This is the third time we have had him. He is awesome, pays attention to detail and kept our busy week on track. We will request him every time we go to HE. Was a wonderful week 💖. Other shout outs for remarkable service go to Marco, Trinidad and Alejandro. Can’t wait to come back

The Hacienda Encantada is a beautiful resort on the coast with beautiful views especially of Lands End and the bay. Service from the staff is excellent and they were helpful and courteous at all times. The resort has four pools including the new Sky Pool. Unfortunately all pools except one do not enforce the 30 minute rule, and unless you get there early you will find towels and personal items on them "reserving" them. That's not fair - there should be more poolside lounges - or better enforcement of the rules for using them. The resort is a few miles from the downtown but there is a regular free service to and from the marina. I went with my wife and another couple - friends.

This was probably the best vacation I’ve ever been on with my wife, along side, my sister, her husband, and baby. Extraordinary time. Daniel our butler was TOP NOTCH! He went above and beyond our expectations and needs. Marco was a great backup if daniel was busy. He was amazing as well. Both had great attitude. The food and pool were amazing. I recommend this place to my friends and family and we look forward to coming back in the near future!

We go to Hacienda Encantada every year at this time. We are owners and spent one week with friends and another with family. We are always impressed and so appreciative of the hard working and pleasant staff. We are especially grateful to Guillermo Justo who anticipated our needs and gave us his all. His recommendations were spot on. Gabriella and Yarytzy were expert at keeping our units in order. We are looking forward to returning in 2023 thanks to Zazil Hernandez’ awesome assistance in booking our stay. Thank you, HE.

The Residences at Hacienda Encantada made an amazing vacation experience for us. We were in a Villa which was beautiful. The views of the Cabo San Lucas Arch with cruise ships arriving was an added bonus to our vacation. The pool area is private and so well maintained. We had our own butler. Paul was right on top of our every need and a wonderful addition to an outstanding vacation for us.

Clemente our concierge was phenomenal. Get global entry for return home. Golf is out of this world. My favorite out of over 200 courses I’ve played. Deep sea fishing is just off shore. So easy for boat to get to. Luv the weather. Can’t wait to return. Been there three times already. Definitely get a meal and drink plan because drinks are $15-22 each all over
