호텔이 매우 새롭다는 것을 금방 알 수 있습니다. 멋진 현대식 외관 건축이 있고 깨끗하고 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 지하 주차장이 편리합니다. 주요 명소에서 차로 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 됩니다.

Very nice hotel, helpful staff, and clean rooms. I appreciated the daily servicing of my room, too! Stayed in room 314, had no issues with courtyard noise. Hotel is in a great location, walked to a couple restaurants about four blocks away, no problem at all. Would gladly stay at Alsace LA again!

The Alsace is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at, and I say that having traveled widely across the U.S., Europe and Asia. I cannot say enough about how comfortable, quiet and clean this hotel is. I loved spending time at the pool and in the tranquil courtyard. I often had both spaces entirely to myself! Definitely stay here if you want to relax or have a self-guided retreat. For the quality of this hotel, I thought the price was very reasonable. Service was always very friendly and consistent. The neighborhood is definitely up-and-coming, but I felt safe and there were great places to eat and shop within walking distance. The walk to the Metro was also pleasant -- you'll pass residential homes with lovely gardens before getting to the big road. I had no complaints about the free morning pastries (if you want something fancier, Tartine is a short walk away). The coffee was good! The room was so beautiful. Everything is exquisitely designed and felt very fresh and new. The king bed and linens were luxurious! I really loved my stay at this wonderful hotel.

Loved it! This boutique hotel has a unique vibe the minute you walk in. I appreciate the private outdoor seating area and friendly but speedy check-in. It was the fastest I ever checked into a hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable. The snacks and drinks in the room were a great touch. I stayed for two nights and did not see another guest until I was checking out but only because this isn’t one of those overcrowded busy hotels. It really gave the feeling of a true city getaway. On the other hand, when I left the hotel there are amazing places to dine that are walking distance. I also enjoyed the calm and private pool. Even outside I forgot in was in the middle of the city. I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Cristina who was so helpful and friendly. She recommended places to dine and made it feel like I was talking with a relative that was welcoming me into her home. Definitely will be returning and recommend to family and friends.

Alsace is an amazing boutique find in a great, up-and-coming LA neighborhood (West Adams). It's conveniently located, especially if you're flying into LAX but don't want to stay in an "airport hotel," and the style is like a slice of Palm Springs. Extremely convenient to Culver City, Downtown, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills - it might be the only hotel that can claim that, at least while still looking good and having nice amenities (great pool, gym, etc.)! Very comfy bed, unique & well designed furniture, minibar items are high quality, and the bathroom & shower are amazing. I've stayed here several times and have always received good service. Highly recommend.

Stayed at this property for 4 night; Hotel is 4 months old. Looks can be deceiving. While the design gives you the vibe of an elevated meets Proper hotel chain (they are part of Preferred Hotel group), this is NOT a hotel. This is a MOTEL. No restaurant, no bar, no room service. On top of that, there are zero close by restaurants to get a real coffee in the AM or food for that matter. Must order all food from Uber. Location is not in a safe neighborhood. Some security but they were on their phones sitting down behind the gate most of the time. "Hotel" is behind a gate (which should already give you the message). Do not recommend being out at all at night in this area. Given the above, and some late night travel, charged me for an additional $150.00 for an extended check out (which was fine). Then charged me an additional $150.00 for another 3 hours when the hotel is DEAD. Explained that there is no where in this "hotel" to go and I already paid for extended check out.... taking advantage of customers! Amenities are not as grand as they appear on website. Buyers Beware!!
