DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL if you need extra towel or any basic services you expect from regular hotel. We, group of 4, stayed 1 night and asked for 3-4 more towels since hotel provides 2. The male front desk agent sighed and laughed at me when I called because he claimed that I asked for too many. First of all, that is NOT customer service. Secondly, what kind of hotel ask a customer to come to lobby and pick up 2 towels? I did not expect any services from this hotel but you do not want to spend a single penny even if you have low expectations. If he explained to me nicely that housekeeping has left early and ran out of towels to begin with, I would totally understand the situation. Do not assume or decide what customers need and train your staffs how to treat customers professionally with some manners.
