The bed was extremely comfortable, a nice selection of breakfast bars, coffee and tea was available for breakfast. A cost effective option!

If I could give Anthony at the front desk ten thousand stars? I’d push for 20 thousand. The kindness you receive immediately entering the lobby… the comfort and warmth of the lobby, the ease of access to your room, the peace within each room… I can’t say enough good things! And the lovely and hard working women who have to pick up after everyone? They Still smile through it and are so unbelievably kind. If the property owner would put some effort into fixing the courtyard? ( trashed- meant to be a beautiful Japanese garden. Not worth the added fee for garden view balcony) and if they took WAYYY better care of their staff-Including the lovely late night front desk angels- this hotel has the potential of being a highly recommended and in demand establishment worthy of pricing.

Only input is there was a roach in my room when I arrived but just one. So I didn’t report it. However the rooms are often freezing and there are no comforters which is strange since all hotels I’ve been too have comforters on the bed so it would be nice to either increase the temp slightly or at least have comforters available for travelers who don’t want to sleep in 60 degree rooms. Otherwise I love staying here. The facility and staff are wonderful.

I had an excellent experience here. The staff was very attentive to my needs and requests. I returned to my room after a day of meetings to find my toilet was not working properly. Before I could inform the front desk there was a knock at my door and the plumber came in to fix it. The dysfunction was discovered during the room cleaning and they were on it! The front clerk called my room to say that they had prepared another room that I could move to if I wanted. They were all wonderful - even the plumber!

They only have one staff member working. The ******* site said it can pay cash for the balance but the staff declined to honour that. It was a good place to say as it was easy to get around. There were ants in the room.

Really old and not kept up. Would be really nice if they fixed the pond and had the sushi restaurant. TVs are really old and and there's only basic local cable. Other than that, the staff is really nice and helpful.

This ‘hotel’ is musty and moldy and you can smell it from the moment you step inside. The rooms are grimy. The courtyard looks like it was cute 30 years ago. Now the little bridge thing is broken down and covered in caution tape. Do not stay here. Make sure to look at the photos on yelp so that you get a true idea of how gross this hotel is.

Great location. Lots of outlets including USB ports; microwave, fridge, coffee maker, friendly staff. Easy access to East and West Valleys and freeways. Bed was comfortable. Furniture could use some updating.
