잉카 오텔레스(Inca Hoteles)

The front desk staff spoke excellent English, which was a help for my poor Spanish skills! The hotel was clean and comfortable and our room had a nice view of the garden. The air conditioner was excellent! Parking was easy and safe. Breakfast had a good variety.

The shower had VERY low water pressure and at full hot it was just barely warm. Housekeeping did not clean our room after the first night and the front desk insisted it was our fault even though we left the “clean room” sign on the door. When we returned, someone had turned the sign around. The front desk said I needed a picture of the sign as we left it, so they refused to clean the room. The pool water was dirty and algae was on the bottom and sides. There’s pre but I think this is enough to give you an idea of the hotel.

Everyone was extremely nice and very professional.

It is a new hotel, with a friendly staff on a good location. We walked to the plaza de armas where found a nice restaurant. Rooms were good but a bit noisy as early in the morning you could hear people leaving their rooms. Breakfast was a bit simple with a lack of fresh fruit. we enjoyed the pool.

Excelente ubicación, instalaciones muy bonitas, cómodo en espacios y muy agradable atención. Todo limpio y bien cuidado. Disfrutamos mucho en familia, todos nos atendieron muy bien y con espacio para disfrutar tranquilamente. Las piezas amplias, muy limpias. Desayuno muy rico, destaca su restaurante, excelente.

Destaco la buena disposición de todo el personal, cosa que desgraciadamente se ve cada vez menos en nuestro país

Solicité servicios especiales por la visita con mi madre al hotel después de vivir la amarga experiencia de la pérdida muy reciente de mi padre. Fuimos atendidos de una forma extraordinaria, el personal siempre atentos y con la mejor disposición para resolver cualquier inconveniente. Especiales agradecimientos a Pilar quien tomó la reserva y nos recibió el día sábado 22.

Muchas todo muy limpio y tranquilo excelente atención con los pasajeros
