Premier Inn East Midlands Airport

1 night stay for a work trip. Hotel is a little dated compared to other Premier Inn's I've stayed in but clean and everything you needed there. Service from reception to restaurant was stand-out and simply brilliant, so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Billy was the waiter during dinner and was brilliant. Food was very nice in the evening and the continental breakfast. Would certainly use again.

No beer on tap, over an hour wait for dinner just for it to be cold( staff were very apologetic and lovely) vending machine not working so decided going to bed was the best option. Went down for breakfast just to find no fully breakfast available as the oven was getting repaired. So 2 slices of toast it was (again staff very good) but overall an absolute disaster

First visit since it came under new management. Ideally situated for us between Louth and Lincoln, the pub has recently been given an impressive makeover. The overall impression of the pub, was of a welcoming, cosy, but still spacious pub, with spotless facilities, a well stocked and well kept bar, and fabulous food. Add to that it's location and ample parking facilities, and I would think that this place will almost certainly become a magnet for locals, ramblers and holidaymakers alike. Friendly hosts Peter and Janet can justifiably be proud of their new venture. A word of warning - make sure you are hungry when you go, the portions are very generous.

Booked a room at the Premier Inn EMA as flying on holiday, booked room on website and payment taken, but did not get a reservation number, called hotel and guest reservations over twenty times over 6 hours before someone finally answered, lady said she couldn’t see a booking and no money should have been taken, said manager would contact me first thing in the morning, they never did, finally got through to manager, they confirmed no room booked even though money was taken from my account, said I had to call guest services, told her nobody answered, didn’t really care as not her problem. No email contact at customer service, booked another room, that one went ok, when got to hotel, discussed issue with them, showed them both transactions, still refused to refund money even though bank app shows it’s the hotel on the payment details, now trying to get claim back through bank, very poor customer service and very unhelpful IMO!

I’ve stayed here before and yet again they have all impressed me. Stayed here before my early flight to Reykjavik and the rooms were lovely and clean, restaurant was great with lovely food cooked by chef Ben. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile on there face. The location is also great only a 10-15 min walk to the terminal or 2min drive. There are also frequent busses to. The room looks so need to be replaced because sometimes they didn’t work. Yet again, another five star stay here and I will be back soon for a great night sleep, tasty evening meal and bangin breakfast. Keep up the good work everyone!!

Stayed prior to am flight. Parking good but extra £8 and machine outside is not working well. Found staff to be pleasant and helpful but if you want anything not in their script your stuffed. Meal area small along with poor quality, overcooked food. Wasnt good value and saw someone leave their steak as tough. Room ok but wasnt 100% clean and very cold. Took 1-2 hrs to warm up. Average hotel

Nice experience! The employee's were very nice and focused on customers needed I met Billy at the hotel restaurant, super nice guy, keen, polite and highly trained. he really knows who to make you feel at home! ...........,..............

I usually look for a Premier Inn when travelling for business as I know the quality is high and the prices are reasonable. This visit lived up to all expectations with a friendly welcome and clean and comfortable amenities, backed up by the - as always - superb Premier Inn breakfast.

Room was very clean and tidy. Air conditioning is very effective and will warm the room or cool it down very quickly. Reduced menu due to an issue with an oven. Vicki and Amy were extremely polite and friendly and enthusiastic. Would highly recommend a stay.
