Premier Inn Derry / Londonderry hotel

Hotel was located at a very convenient place. Ample parking lots. Room was clean but the bed was too soft for my back.

Excellent quality of service and excellent sleep ,very comfortable and convenient location, staff go over and above to make sure everything is correct, the breakfast was gorgeous with the cooked and continental

Very friendly staff. Lovely welcome. Beds comfortable. Breakfast staff very helpful. Plenty to eat at breakfast. Staff went out of their way to make sure you were well catered for. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed here a few times which where very good but this time the cooked breakfast was not as good the bacon was over cooked and overall the food was warm on are last day it was not self service for breakfast you ordered your breakfast when it came it was hot and the bacon was not over cooked

The staff are just amazing! Go above & beyond from the moment you arrive. Breakfast was lovely & the bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The staff have informed me that the hotel is getting a refurbishment which I cannot wait to come back & see for myself.

Stayed there for quite a while & the staff from the minute I walked into the building, until I left were amazing. I'm going to miss the breakfast every morning. The room was so clean & I can't wait to return after the summer when the refurbishment is complete. Big shout out to Gareth, Sam, Conor & Sharon. Will miss you guys!

A group of us stayed for my sister’s 60th birthday. We received a warm welcome. Plenty of parking space near reception. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms comfortable and clean. Huge comfy bed, great nights sleep. No disturbances. I didn’t have the breakfast as I wasn’t hungry, but family did and enjoyed it.

My stay in Premier Inn Derry/Londonderry was wonderful. Right from check in to check out, I felt right at home and the friendly and warm staff were brilliant. I love the location and surrounding neighborhood as well. The hotel is in a cute house-like building and can’t be missed. Definitely planning to make a trip and stay there again.

Stayed here last weekend for 2 nights. 4 of us 2 couples,from the moment we walked in I was totally blown away by the warm welcome at reception! Rooms were really cosy and there was everything we needed.Ate in restaurant on Friday evening and food was great standard and staff really informative. Great relaxed atmosphere. Every member of staff we encountered in the hotel were amazing and taking an interest in what we were planning to do during our stay in Derry. Can’t wait to go back - felt we had made new friends Sharon was like meeting up with a friend I hadn’t seen for a while and was The Icing on the cake.!
