Great room and facilities. Really enjoyed drinking in the bat as well.

I had a pleasant stay at Maiden City Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the local attractions and surrounding area. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The room was clean, comfortable. Breakfast was served in a continental style.

Excellent check in although early they did keep there bags Recently renovated appealing decor . Sound friendly staff . Rooms spacious plenty of space . Breakfast was continental plenty of choice . The shower in the morning was cold that was only negative

Very nice, new, modern hotel. The staff is super helpful. I shorted out the outlet plugs in the room, and the staff was able to fix the issue quite quickly. Also, the wifi is super fast. I was able to do a Zoom meeting with no issues. I would stay here again. Great location.

A lovely hotel very friendly staff. Room was cosy and comfortable with a beautiful walk in shower in bathroom. Nice touch with a bag of tayto crisps as a welcome gift.

We paid for breakfast and we were very disappointed 😞 maybe add hot breakfast to the menu I would have given 5

Really a bad experience ... someyhing tht was totally fixable from a hotel perspextive ... when we arrived .. the checkin was easy and well done.. when we arrived in the room.. the there was a loud sound of a squealing fan from somewhere on yhe floor above. that squeal was finally stopped at 830pm.. the room was nice and everything was good until 710AM the next morning when the Drilling started... every two minutes for about 30 seconds the world loudest drill on the floor above ... we packed up and when downstairs to checkout and found the clerk at yhe front desk.. she listened to the problem and the 2 or 3 recordings off it and the only comment she had was .. "Ive checked you out.. you are good to leave..." not a sorry for the inconvience .. nothing more than youre good to leave .. not a great expeience ... i tried contacting the managent via expedua.. but nothing back from them
