It was the worst experience we ever had with an accomodation: 1. The bed was broken and produce us blood wounds on the leg and destroy our clothes 2. Worst ever breakfast experience: old and hard bread (or no bread at all in other morning), only one cup of tea and some old (microwave warmed) pastry. They excuse themselves that they are out of products (to excuse You that You don't have bread and tea 🤦) 3. All the ladies from the reception saw our problem and assure as that we will get a refund for our clothes and the inconvenience. But they don't solve nothing 4. The biggest problem is that we tried to call the manager (on the phone they give us), we write emails, Messages, on the official chanels and nobody answer us. We asked to contact some authority but they don't give us a number or an email. 5. The hotel is smelly, dirty with a lot of problems. The AC was și full of dirt as a vaccum cleaner 6. They say at the reservation "pay at the arrival" but they took the money 3-4 days from our card. So we cannot cancel and change it when we saw their conditions. 7. As i said, the worst accomodation experience we ever had. I reccomand You to avoid staying there. For details everyone can contact me for more infos about IT.

50% of the time we had no water (or only hot water). The air condition could not be adjusted, smelled like mold and was really noisy (and did not really cool that much). The breakfast is basically only bread and coffee, no eggs or any kind of gluten-free options available. It also does not start until 8.30, which is too late. And one of the days there was no breakfast, for which we got no understanding or compensation. Overall not a place you want to stay. Positive: price (relative to other hotels in London) and location. Nothing else.

Llegamos el viernes y avisamos inmediatamente al hotel que no funcionaba la habitación, no obtuvimos respuesta. La mañana del sábado también lo informamos, que pasamos frío y nos dijeron que lo miraría. Después de un largo día de turista y frío, llegamos a la habitación y estaba congelada, no habían solucionado nada. Dormimos con térmicas jerséis y el pijama. Nos levantamos mi amiga y yo con fiebre y anginas, lo cual estamos a lunes por la noche y seguimos enfermas. El domingo avisamos y nos dijeron que hablarían con el gerente y nos darían una solución. Seguimos a la espera de esa solución. A todo esto, el desayuno del hotel tenía tres cosas contadas. Dos cruasanes y bollito de pan en la misma mesa, mermelada, leche y café. Todo frío. En fin, no lo recomiendo en absoluto, estaré poniendo reclamaciones al hotel hasta que obtenga respuesta.

Shocked by how basic this ‘hotel’ is. It’s just a B&B really. Tiny, tiny room. No wardrobe or anywhere to hang a shirt. Can hear other guests like they are in the room. TV is smaller than my iPad. Not fit for purpose, not value for money !!!! …………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

Just returned home after 3days here and it was enough room very small heating to hot asked to turn it down but couldn,t so had window open all night luckily side street so not two much noise breakfast even though a continental very disappointing cold cossants and hard rolls the staff wasn,t sociable the only good thing was the bed was comfy and clean even though it squeaks and the location was good for what we wanted to do won,t stay there again for the price we paid

Liked · Location was good. Breakfast was OK Disliked · We stayed for two nights and the room was an en-suite. The first night we had either no water or, rarely, only cold water. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Cold or no shower. Same the next morning. Management took no responsibility. Staff told us these were common occurrences, suggesting mgmt misrepresentation, at best, or outright lies. Unsatisfactory for 400+ GBP per night. No AC, or fan. Only an open window in July in London

Booked many months ahead to coincide with concert at nearby London Palladium. Although I booked a single room, I was given a very nice first floor 3 bedded room with shower. Very pleased with standard of room and presentation. 'Continental' breakfast, no fry-ups unfortunately! Friendly staff on arrival and departure . Would definitely stay here again. Reading some reviews did make me worried, although it seems that is to do with cancellations and refunds, they did take payment the day after I booked, 7 months ahead of my visit!!

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. I've made the reservation couple of months before arrival, paid, got confirmation. Month before arrival asked hotel if everything is ok with my reservation and got replied that evening is ok, they are waiting for us... On the day of the arrival lady at the reception said there is no room for us, she can't find our booking and they have no free rooms to accommodate us... No apologies, no nothing... No refund so far as well. Avoid this place!

Warning, if you book this hotel with free cancellation, they will take the full amount upon booking. If you subsequently cancel, they will not refund the money. Any attempts to contact them regarding a refund will be ignored. Having to go through other avenues to recover my money
