Premier Inn London Leicester Square

환상적인 위치와 훌륭한 서비스, 특히 Nazeera 아침 식사도 훌륭하고 매우 저렴합니다. 어린이는 비용을 지불하지 않으므로 확실히 가치가 있습니다. 위치는 런던의 모든 것의 중심입니다

작년에 이 호텔에 머물렀고 관광 지역 방문, 극장 방문 및 도보 거리 내에서 먹을 수 있는 방대한 양의 장소에 대해 알 수 있는 것이 얼마나 중심적인지 사랑했습니다. 호텔 객실은 가장 크지는 않지만(이곳은 런던 중심가임) 위치를 고려할 때 매우 조용합니다. 직원들은 모두 정말 친절하고 도움이 되었지만 5박 숙박을 예약한 Jackie에게 큰 소리로 외쳐야 합니다. 숙박 기간 중 적어도 일부를 트윈룸으로 예약할 수 있는지 문의했습니다. 그녀는 지난 2박 동안 하나를 확보했고 우리가 이미 예약한 애프터눈 티를 즐기기 위해 제 시간에 준비할 수 있는지 확인했습니다. 이 호텔, 훌륭한 위치, 조용한 객실 및 정말 도움이 되는 직원을 강력히 추천합니다. 부정적인 점은 엘리베이터 중 하나가 전체 숙박 기간 동안 고장난 것이었지만 바쁜 시간에 가끔 기다려야 하는 것 외에는 숙박에 영향을 미치지 않았습니다.

Comfortable sleep very quiet, excellent location and brilliant breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful

We were informed weeks before that the lifts (elevators) were not working. We thought that by the time we arrived they would be , but no. We had been on a cruise, so had lots of luggage. The entrance looked like entering a derelict building. The reception was on a higher floor so one had to walk up whilst the other stayed with the luggage. On one occasion I was trapped on an upper floor as the lifts were not working and the door was shut behind me. There was no way out of the lobby. I had to shout, kick the door until someone heard me and could open the door from the other side. Considering its location in the theatre area of London, it was a embarrassing disgrace for Britain. I have to add that the staff were exemplary, and I got the impression that they were embarrassed to keep apologising to all their guests.

We arrived and had a very warm welcome.. but within minutes of arriving my mum managed to drop her phone down the lift shaft.. and it had dropped to the bottom floor.. staff were just amazing they said don’t worry! We will work something out and said her phone will be back with her by morning and not to worry and to enjoy our stay! bar staff lovely and a good laugh .. drinks not badly priced Room was clean and had a very good night sleep Fab location Breakfast was nice and by morning my mum had her phone back in her hand and fully working!!! Couldn’t complain about a single thing!! We will be back again !! 10/10 stay in London

Great location. Some staff exceptionally good and some very very very rude. Nazeera and Jackie were star staff but Ralucca very rude and unprofessional.

Excellent stay at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff with good breakfast options. Room was clean and bed was super comfy. I will definitely be staying here again. Location is excellent, easily accessible to everywhere that is a tourist hotspot.

Amazing location, great service from Fernando. Team were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet considering it sits on Leicester Square. We were able to leave our luggage during the day while we explored.

Great location, acceptable price for location although still expensive compared to others but understandable given location. Room was clean and comfortable as expected for a Premier inn and the breakfast was also as expected. Only negative for me was a lack of opening window, made the room feel a little claustrophobic.
