Mayflower Hotel은 내가 머물렀던 최악의 호텔 중 하나입니다. 균형을 위해 몇 가지 장점이 있습니다. - 위치: 호텔은 Earl's Court Road(많은 상점 등) 및 Earl's Court 튜브에서 도보로 2분 거리에 있습니다. 역 - 침대는 합리적으로 편안했습니다 - 적당한 양의 옷장 공간이 있었습니다 네거티브에: - 호텔은 리셉션이 하루 24시간 열려 있다고 말하지만 밤에는 안전을 위해 문을 잠그므로 벨을 눌러야 합니다. 금요일 밤 10시에 나는 다른 손님들과 함께 추위 속에 15-20분 동안 서서 초인종을 누르고 문을 두드리고 들어오라고 전화를 걸었습니다. 결국 누군가 나타나서 우리를 들여보내며 "죄송합니다"라고 말했습니다. - 소음: 기차 소음은 신경쓰이지 않았지만 월요일 오전 6시 15분과 일요일 오전 8시에 시끄러운 크리스마스 노래가 흘러나왔습니다. - 청결도: 샤워 헤드는 석회질로 덮여 있고, 수건과 시트는 더럽고 화장으로 얼룩져 있습니다. . 모든 것을 새로 고치고 교체해야 합니다 - Wi-Fi: 무료 Wi-Fi가 광고되었지만 끔찍합니다. 대신 내 데이터를 끄고 데이터를 사용했습니다. 우리 방에는 공간을 차지하는 것 외에는 아무것도 하지 않는 완전히 불필요한 4주식 침대가 있었습니다. 이 호텔이 스스로를 "4성급 부티크 타운하우스 호텔"이라고 표현하려면 전체 장소를 개조해야 합니다. 다시는 여기에 머 무르지 않을 것이며 다른 사람들에게 이곳을 피하라고 조언 할 것입니다. 나는 전혀 까다롭지 않습니다. 우리는 여행할 때 호텔에서 많은 시간을 보내지 않기 때문에 잠을 자고 샤워하기에 깨끗하고 편안한 것을 찾습니다. 런던 중심부에는 더 나은 옵션이 많이 있습니다.

This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in, and I’m kicking myself for not reading the reviews on here earlier. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures, and is very tired. We were woken up several times during the night to what sounded like rats or mice running around in the ceiling area which we reported. The room was in the basement and all that that implies - it was dark, dingy and depressing. There was mould in the bathroom area, the lift was out of order, the coffee machine was out of order, there was lots of noise either from other guests or due to the single glazed windows, and the whole place just seems very run down / not cared for. The one good comment I have is that the staff at the front desk were friendly. However, I would avoid at all costs.

Absolutely awful. Thankfully, we were only there for one night. The lift was out of action due to renovations, it would have been nice to have known this before booking. When we eventually made it up the 6 flights of stairs to the third floor we were greeted by a door we couldn't open; apparently some of the doors are "sticky" and in order to open them you have to jiggle the key whilst also jamming your shoulder into the door and lifting. Into the room and it was underwhelming to say the least. The whole room was grubby and in a state of disrepair. The paint on the window ledge was thick and chipped, the TV didn't work, nor did the radio; there were cut and exposed wires where plugs should have been. The mattress didn't fit on the bed and there was a cushion being used to fill the gap at the end of the bed. The wooden bed frame would have looked impressive if it was in a good state of repair. There was black mould throughout the room and especially bad in the shower and around the windows. The room smelt damp and mouldy and the window ledges were completely dripping with condensation by the morning. Every time you even thought about turning over the bed creaked and sounded like it was about to collapse. There was no hot water for the duration of our stay and when reported to reception was effectively told there's nothing they could do and we should complain to Booking to get a refund. We decided to take a chance on this hotel as from the pictures online it looked like it had a little bit of charm and character; we'd have been better off staying in any of the neighbouring hotels for a similar price or even a chain hotel down the road. Save your money and book somewhere else.

Bad experience. The hotel should have been temporarily closed at that time while doing a renovation. The was a sign it reads something like this "do not use the water to brush your teeth because it maybe contaminated". So we ended up not taking the shower because we don't want to risk ourselves to take shower, wash our hair, faces, etc to being infected with contaminated water. The light was not well lid enough because several light bulbs were burn out. TV was not working because a cable was broken. The elevator was not working because of the renovation is being in progress. Fortunately the room is fairly clean so we slept okay at that night. Luckily we booked the room only for one night. The next morning we have to leave to Southampton to board for a cruise.

Worst experience ever !!! You pay nearly 200 £ for a sh…. room, close to the subway station , listening all night the trains stopping every 10 minutes, with the painting falling all over its walls and a tinny bathroom smelling like crap; this is what you get when you book a room at Mayflower Hotel 26-28 Trebovir road. On top of this you’ll have to listen during all the f… night a water pump … imposible to sleep all night while the reception desk says he can’t do anything… And forget about wifi because it’s not working… 200 £ for a dirty , uncomfortable and lousy hole that Mayflower Hotel dares to call a room !!! NEVER AGAIN !!!

I saw some bad reviews and was concerned. I think those reviewers thought they were staying in the Mayfair not the Mayflower. The basement room was clean and nicely renovated. No sound issues from the subway station which is three minutes away and which serves two major lines to the downtown. The bathroom was spotless. The staff were very courteous. I struggle with duvets. All or nothing and too hot but they are a fixture in Europe. When I asked for an extra sheet they sent me an extra clean sheet every day for the remainder of our ten day stay. We had a great experience.

I’m not sure if we got one of their worst rooms, since it looks nothing like the pictures here… creaky floors, wooden panels screwed in half way, really small staircase leading up to the room, lift doesn’t work btw so you will slog your luggage up 3-4 levels of stairs. No help provided either… you’re on your own. The hairdryer didn’t work, and it looks burnt (picture attached), the “bar” was a couple of sofas and no alcohol on site just a small half broken water cooler. Honestly not worth it. the only good thing is the location, it’s walking distance 1-2 minute to Earl’s Court on the district line. 2/10 overall.
