Great location, great customer service and walking distance to Kensington Gardens.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in April and were very pleasantly surprised. Our room was tucked away and on the small side but had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean and well presented when we arrived. The hotel was well located and ideal for us and the places we wanted to visit. What made our stay perfect though was the friendliness of the staff and the fact that nothing was too much trouble. We were able to drop our bags off an hour before the official check in time and also left them there after we checked out - collecting them later in the day. The little additional touches such as the fruit in our room and the courtesy call after we had checked in to make sure we were happy with the room were appreciated. The breakfast menu was very good with a full range of options and great value for anyone choosing to partake. We were sorry to leave and could easily have spent longer and I would definitely book again. Many thanks

Great hotel, I was looking for an hotel in the same day case the first hotel that I visit in London was terrific and Mrs Drizia was amazing. I felt secure, everyone was really nice and welcome in the hotel and the breakfast was great! The lady that serves breakfast she is so so polite oh lord. Our room the same was great 🙏🏾 I loved this hotel and i truly recommend

Beautiful little hotel situated in the heart of London only a stones throw away from Kensington gardens and Hyde park! Friendly and welcoming staff, clean environment and well presented, they went the extra mile to facilitate special requests and provided my husband balloons and birthday chocolates free of charge it was unexpected but greatly appreciated, breakfast was lovely very fresh and loads of variety, the beds were comfortable and spacious and we hardly heard any noise! Would 100% recommend and will hopefully be returning as this is a little gem in a sea of hotels!

The experience was amazing. Neha is absolutely good at her job. She was extremely polite and catered very well. Rooms are clean and neat. The receptionist (Drizia) was helpful and welcoming. Everything was arranged appropriately. Overall, it was a good experience as a solo traveller

Very nice people, friendly, helpfull. Clean room, not very big but very nice. There was coffee and tea, cookies, fruit and water, shampoo and soap and bodylotion. The bed was a bit too soft for my back, but there were 2 pillows. Also airco, but a pity we could not look out of the window and we could not open it very far to get fresh air. The breakfast was very good. Everything you need. We would definitaly go back.

I had a good stay with my daughter. Very clean room, a bit noisy from outside traffic and also from other guests, but overall a good stay. I would come back. Close to shops, restaurants, the underground and the park for a nice walk. Nice staff. Room had coffe, tea, and waterbottles refilled every day. And apples. Thanks!

Large rooms, comfortable beds, great customer service and a lovely breakfast. I will stay here every time I come to London. Really handy for the tube or a stroll through Hyde Park. I mentioned it was my son’s birthday and they treated him like royalty. Would highly recommend.
