趕早機去威尼斯，機場酒店的絕佳選擇，夜到早走，環境什麼的都未能提供意見，就是交通方便，沒有投訴的，價比性還行吧

酒店位置交通方便，購物容易方便！

Excessive noise on floor at midnight and when you report this to reception they say they will do a floor walk and it doesn't happen. Toilet contained lots of marks within the pan and doesn't look clean. The fan in the bathroom sounds like a lawn mower, and when we went downstairs for breakfast, there as lots of dust on the surfaces around the seating area, re-affirm cleaning issue. The staff within the kitchen being excessively loud and whilst it's nice, they have a bond, they clearly seem to forget this is also a place where customers are paying to eat with relative peace and do not want to hear their conversation reverbating around the room. A kid racing a remote-control car in the breakfast area with premier staff allowing this to continue and using his mobile phone whilst picking up plates, no concept of health and safety. Oh if you like to watch TV before you fall asleep, prepare for neck-ache, wonderful creative position of TV opposite an armchair not your bed. I just think this hotel lacks management and does not have customer's best interests. Overprice!! you simply paying for location and poor customer service/experience. No idea why it's a Plus, its should be Premier Inn Minus.

Room was not clean and had to sleep in unclean room with family. I will uploaded some photos. Reception( Rupesh) provided garbage bag to me to clean myself and conveyed they are not responsible and I have to wait next day morning 9:00AM if I need to escalate. I have noticed many non professionalism all over my stay compared to my earlier stay in London kew. On first day washbasin exit was suck, water kettle was not clean and there half full contaminated water possibly left over from earlier customer. Those seven days was my worst hotly experience ever

Had a great stay at Ealing premier inn. The staff were great especially Lakshmi,⭐💯⭐ she was wonderful and very helpful and sorted me out a nice room for me. Always smiling and happy and that's what you want when dealing with customers. There are several large supermarkets Morrison, Marks and Spencer and Sainsburys within a short walk away. Buses on the doorstep if you need one takes you straight to Ealing Broadway to catch the tube if you don't fancy walking. I would  definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the area and cheaper than central London.

We were at the hotel at Easter, which we found quite good. Fortunately, we met Judit, who was clever enough to solv our problems very well, so we are very grateful to her. She is a very good worker and has a very nice personality. We were lucky with her.

Terrible hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. The Staff special mention to Aston Rodriguez is not trained to be working in hospitality sector. Very rude and impolite upon check-in because I did not want to engage in a conversation with him. He was unapologetic for his behaviour. Horrible guest service and absolutely disgusting staff. This was escalated by us to the Chinese Duty Manager in the morning and she was absolutely clueless and did not offer any solution.

Generally you know what you’re getting with a premier inn, however the cleanliness of this one wasn’t up to the standard I’ve experienced many times at other premier inn hotels. Pros: Great location - 5/10 minute walk to the tube and 25 minutes from there into central London. Loads of fast food restaurants near by. Parking - plenty of parking. Breakfast - lots of choice, food hot and fresh. Staff - all polite, friendly and welcoming. Early check in was great. Comfortable beds. Nice and quiet. Cons: Room cleanliness - black mould on net curtain on window. Brown stains around the shower. Rusty marks on the hand wash. Carpet dirty, and a sprite bottle left under the bed. No orange juice at breakfast The stay overall was fine, and we probably would return, as we weren’t in the room for long periods.
