Shame about the noise outside (bins and deliveries throughout the morning)! Otherwise a pleasant stay, especially the porters who were very helpful during the day and in the evening, we felt very secure when Gregory was there at night especially.

Outside looks great, and reception staff are mostly ok. However once you get into the apartment it all changes ! Scruffy and downbeat, needs some tlc. Handle in shower falls off, heating wouldn't turn off, hardly any kitchen equipment, grubby sheets, stuffed full of old furniture (looked like a second hand shop). Hugely overpriced for what it is, basically a step up from student accommodation, better off with an air b&b. Would not recommend or stay again.

We experienced the following problems: 1. Internal conflict between the management of the flats and personnel of the lobby, hotel management. There is no coordination nor good will from the hotel. 2. Very roud manners from the lobby personnel and hotel management. No one is accountable for anything. 3. They literally lost a DHL package. They argued that nothing was delivered, and didn’t care to look after it. They lied. 4. Some beds were not done, and no personnel to fix the issue at night. 5. The kitchen oven didn’t work. The cooking pans were not compatible for the kitchen An awful experience.. Avoid !
