홀랜드 로드 스테이스(Holland Road Stays)

위치와 방 자체는 훌륭했습니다. 호텔은 2개의 지하철역 근처에 있으며 근처에 도심으로 가는 버스가 많이 있습니다. 방의 설정은 에어비앤비에 가깝고 좋았지만, 그렇다고 해도 방이 꽉 찼을 때 방을 청소하거나 쓰레기를 치우러 오는 사람이 없었습니다. 주목해야 할 또 다른 점은 나와 내 친구가 머리를 감고 목욕을 할 수 있을 만큼 샤워실이 보리처럼 따뜻했다는 것입니다. 그래서 긴(그리고 추운) 하루를 보낸 후 긴장을 풀기 위해 뜨거운 샤워를 하는 것은 불가능했습니다. 호텔 직원과 연락할 수 있는 방법이 없었기 때문에 머무는 내내 맨몸으로 있어야 했습니다. 전반적으로 샤워 부분을 제외하고는 나쁘지 않았습니다.

저는 런던에서 10년 넘게 살았고 그곳 숙소의 수준을 잘 알고 있습니다. 하지만 이곳은 그 수준도 아니다. 더럽고 무인, 우리가 거기에 있었던 4일 동안 와이파이가 작동하지 않았습니다. 우리는 4명을 수용할 수 있는 "디럭스 스튜디오"를 선택했습니다. 주방 기구는 없고 말 그대로 접시 3개, 컵 3개, 티스푼이 있습니다. "완비된 간이 주방"이라고 부르는 것이 아닙니다.

Just wanted to share my personal experience, the location was amazing very close to shopping centre and hide park, located in posh area, reasonable price and affordable rooms. Big thanks to aziz he helped us alot great hospitality by him..

The exterior door is always open,before you get in to the room, there is no light,they do not give you a rag to clean,no soap for dishes,no dish drainer,it reeks of cigarett,i send a message that was never answer,the only good part of all this is,that the guy that does the clean up let us live the luggage there for a few hours.

This place is disgusting. It’s filthy. The carpets are stained and the smell hits you the moment you start to climb the stairs. There are dirty fingerprints everywhere. We walked into the room to discover it was painted black. There was a huge crack from top to bottom of the window and it looked as though the windows had never been cleaned. The room stank of grease and fried food and the oven had a layer of white grease in the bottom. We didn’t arrive until late Thursday night so couldn’t do anything about that night. We slept on top of the bed, fully clothed and shipped out the following day (even though we were meant to be there for three nights). It felt like we’d found freedom when we walked out of there.

Good location but room entrance door not safe, bathroom without any socket for shaver, no clothes hangers and wardrobe

This was the cutest little place! So comfy and nicely decorated! It was also by the underground and a bus stop. Plenty of food options and stores nearby!

Very well priced in a good location close to Shepherds Bush Station and Westfield shopping centre. We had a double room at the front of the top floor of the property. The room was a good size with a fridge, and the hosts provided two bottles of water and some chocolate biscuits in addition to some tea and coffee sachets which was a nice touch. The bathroom and bedding was clean and fresh and the room generally clean although there was some dust on the skirting boards and high areas. The bed was comfortable enough for a short stay but as it was hot weather, we had to leave the window open which meant that we didn’t sleep particularly well due to traffic noise outside. Self-Check in was easy and communication throughout with the host was good. Overall, for the money it was good value.
