We had booked a room for four nights. They asked us to send our ID's prior our arrival but not any instructions where tho send those. At the day of our arrival they asked us to send the ID's to certain e-mail but after that I received a message that we have to contact *********** for relocation due to some technical issue. Why they first asked our ID's and then cancelled it. I had read from other reviews that this has happened earlier and contacted them by phone two days prior our arrival to make sure our stay is ok. Then they said everything is ok and further instructions will follow at the arrival day. This place is not trustworthy. I won't recommend.
