주방은 넓고 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있으며 특히 주방용품이 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 큰 여행가방을 들고 2층까지 올라가는 것은 어렵지만, 일반적으로 영국에서는 음식이 풍부하고 저렴합니다. 그렇지 않으면 국수 한 그릇에 10파운드 이상이 들기 때문에 아파트를 선택하는 것이 더 합리적일 것입니다.

We will have a family trip to London few days later. We have booked an apartment in Chilworth Court in Paddington. To make sure that our family trip will be hassle-free, I have been sending emails to this property to confirm my reservation with them since last week. I have also left messages in their website. I just want to tell them our expected arrival time. I have received NO reply at all. Extremely poor customer service. I made the reservation via Agoda. Agoda only provides an AI enquiry system. There is NO real person to talk to. This AI system is completely useless. So please stay away from Chilworth Court and Agoda if you want some peace in your mind and a secure hotel booking.

Amazing hotel and friendly staff. The location is wonderful, very close to Hyde Park. Well equipped kitchens and comfy beds.

The stay was decent, with clean rooms and friendly staff, but it lacked some amenities that would have made it more enjoyable. The location is good, but the noise from the street can be bothersome at night. Overall, it’s an okay choice for a short visit, but don’t expect anything too fancy.

My family stayed at the Chilworth for a wonderful and memorable winter holiday in London. We highly recommend this accommodation if you're looking for a place near a main transportation interchange like Paddington. It was just a 5-minute walk to Paddington, and it was perfectly convenient—near enough to a busy interchange but far enough from any noise or large roadways. We felt safe within the neighbourhood, too. Just a few doors down from Chilworth, you can find a pub for a drink and your necessities at a bodega. Each time returning to Chilworth's "apart-hotel" for 5 nights, it felt like we were coming home. The lobby was simple but spacious, and adequately warm from the cold outside. They even put in effort to decorate it for the season, a real classy Christmassy touch - my family loved it! The hotel manager Jose warmly welcomed us and made us feel right at home from the very start, and my son always looked forward to seeing him at the start and end of each day. We chose a one-bedroom apartment and it was spacious enough for a family of two adults and two young children. The beds were so comfortable and you would have everything you'd need in a fully-amenitised apartment. If there were any issues, Jose and his team would be there to help resolve them. Even though they didn't need to change our towels daily, they did so every day. We felt we were getting a full hotel service in an apartment. For its price, amenities, and superb location, it was way worth it as compared to the Airbnb we previously paid for, or other branded hotels around London. Great hotel right next to Victoria Station. Very attentive staff. I had a beautiful, clean and big room with a nice view on Victoria Theatre. I also liked the breakfast room/bar and Christmas decoration of the hotel. Everything was perfect.

The room was exceptional! I and my wife loved it! Everything was on point and the view from the window was so great! The prices were also very reasonable and there was no any hidden fee. We are really happy that we chose this hotel for our honey moon stay!

I strongly suggest not staying here. The room we stayed in was absolutely disgusting. Stained carpets, stained furniture, stained curtains, and dirty scratches all over the walls. It looks as if they haven’t serviced the room in YEARS. The AC unit filters are black and rained dust on us the entire stay. The electrical went out, and we also lost hot water the final day we stayed. This place is NOT like the photos advertised. Those photos were taken probably when everything was brand new. Do not stay here. I would find another hotel with joining rooms instead.

This apartment is in a great location close to Paddington Station. There are restaurants and stores close by. We received housekeeping services which I didn’t except. The apartment was clean but the bathroom could have used an extra clean. We also found food under the rug in the living room. The apartments are loud as previous comments have stated. We could hear the family below us in the morning and evening. However, that noise didn’t wake us or keep us up. The staff were all very nice. I couldn’t get the stove to turn on and the gentleman came up to help. When we couldn’t get it he called for help and we figured it out. I appreciated this. We also only had three towels and it was no problem to get us the extra one.
