1. I booked a room with 6 beds. Came to the hostel at 10pm with nowhere else to go to and they placed me in some room under the basement with 20 beds, no ventilation, my bed was in the kitchen entrance, there were bugs, it was horrible, there was no luggage storage, the bathroom was extremely dirty. And the hostess/manager and owner both were arguing with me for 30 minutes, in the end even threatening to cancel my booking.

This is completely unacceptable for accommodation and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the hostel. Guests should be able to sleep without worrying about being bitten by pests. The showers were also in very poor condition. It took a long time for the water to become warm, and in some showers the water did not become warm at all, making it extremely difficult to have a proper shower. There were also problems with the doors not locking at all which is particularly concerning in a hostel where guests need to feel that their rooms and belongings are secure. Anyone can enter the room as they please. Overall, the combination of bedbugs, inadequate showers and faulty door locks made this a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. I would strongly recommend that management address these issues urgently, particularly the bedbug problem and the security of the doors. I would not recommend staying here until these problems have been properly resolved.

Very bad bed bugs problem and cleanliness avoid at all costs. Instead of getting professional services they spray the rooms and vacuum daily which requires guests to leave their bed at all hours of the morning very unpleasant stay
