Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Mayfair, in art deco style. Excellent location and exemplary service, from concierge to reception, the whole staff in general was very kind and attentive. We were given an upgrade to a room with a terrace on the top floor, the size was just what we needed and really enjoyed the stunning views from the terrace! Me and my husband had dinner in the restaurant; the ribeye and the steak tartare were just superb, paired with a bottle of Sancerre Rouge, suggested by the sommelier Giorgio. Highly recommended for couples and family escaping the mondane. Would definitely come back!

Fantastic Hotel. I have stayed here multiple times, you can expect: 1. Great location right off of Oxford Street, close to Bond Station, Elizabeth Line. 2. Staff are amazing! Very helpful, always cheerful. 3. Minibar and all snacks are complimentary and refilled daily (except the alcohol) 4. Very comfortable beds and relatively large room sizes (compared to other hotels in London) Only downside is the breakfast and in-room dining, they can never get an order right and the food is not very good to begin-with. Regardless can't recommend this hotel enough, it is my new go-to when in London.

The Beaumont is a well run hotel staffed by professionals who know how to make you feel welcome. There is something wonderful about staying far from home and having everyone call you by name. It's the type of extra step that personifies the Beaumont. The restaurant and bar are excellent. It's very rare that, when traveling, we decide to just stay in and have drinks and dinner in the hotel. We found ourselves doing that a few times at the Beaumont. Great rooms and great staff. The ingredients that make a great hotel.

My wife and I stumbled upon The Beaumont Hotel directly after checking in to an Airbnb around the corner we had arranged to stay at with all of our family. It was a treasured find we will always remember! We booked our room after being shown around by the friendliest people working there and enjoyed three nights feeling slightly guilt about abandoning our family! Worth it! This was pure luxury! A personal driver to drive us around. Excellent food and hosts that really spend time on you! Beds that make you feel like you are floating on a cloud! I could literally lie in the beds here for a week reading the wonderful in room library and never see anything in London and check out feeling I had experienced the best London offers. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels and this one was our favorite in London! Special thank you to all the Reception Staff, Concierge, Bellmen, and Hosts who all made this escape so memorable! Having the goal of returning to The Beaumont is simply inspiring in itself. Book a room here with the greatest confidence!

absolutely brilliant from start to finish ....the staff are so attentive and the ambiance of the restaurant is first class ....I would defy anyone to find fault with this gem of a hotel ... I go there regularly for meetings and lunches ....congratulations to everyone

Don’t write many reviews, mainly as in all honesty I usually CBA. But sometimes you need to give credit where its due, the Beaumont being a case in hand. From the moment you walk through the door the staff great you with friendship & warmth and do whatever they can to help you & anticipate your needs. The staff we met are some the nicest out of any of the many hotels we’ve stayed in London. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated in Art Deco style with real attention to detail with quality touches throughout. We were lucky enough to stay in one of the new rooms which have recently opened, an amazing example the period renovation (not to mention spotlessly clean). Had drinks in the stunning Margarita Bar, breakfast in the Colony Grill, both great. Tbh, the hotel is a little on the punchy side, but then you’re getting something on the Special side! Great central location in Mayfair, hotel courtesy car will take you where you need to go locally. (nice touch) Many thanks to Angel, Diana and all the staff we encountered… we’ll definitely be back 😉.

I’m don’t really write many reviews, mainly cos I cba. But something you need to give credit where is due. From the moment you walk through the door at the Beaumont the staff great you with friendship & warmth, the nicest staff out of any of the many hotels we’ve stayed in London. The hotel itself offers posh accommodations and is well located. The positives end there. Service is absolutely paltry and the icing on the cake is at the breakfast restaurant. Christobal was my waiter and I had to wait exactly 56 minutes for an order of poached eggs and a side of smoked salmon. Following up numerous times I was met with complete disdain and ambivalence. Yes they did offer to pay for the breakfast but that is the least that could be done. The tables next to me also had to wait 40 minutes for toast and coffee. This is just appalling service for what is supposed to be a five star hotel. If you value your time. Stay somewhere else.

Stunning hotel in EXCELLENT location! Amazing, well appointed, quiet rooms in the heart of Mayfair. Exceptional bedding and super comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and fabulous staff. We cannot wait to return! Only improvements would be to keep the bar a bit warmer (the outside door to the terrace gets open and shut a lot and should be a double door) plus it smells a bit of cigar smoke. Also, a bit more info regarding what we could order for breakfast as there were two separate menus and it wasn't explained that we could have anything we wanted because our rate included breakfast (but the staff were still really great) Thank you so much
